Bongmyeong-dong grilled hagfish and shellfish set: Jinppae
Jinppae is a restaurant in Bongmyeong-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, serving live grilled hagfish and shellfish. I ordered a set with salt-grilled and seasoned hagfish plus sample shellfish, and enjoyed alternating between the lighter and richer flavors. One drawback is that fried rice was only available with the stone-plate stir-fry, not a grill order.
