Whenever I'm in Cheonan, there's one dessert spot I keep thinking about: Brewers Coffee, my pick for a Cheonan café. They bake lots of goodies fresh every morning, and the staff are so friendly that I keep finding myself going back.

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch (브루어스커피 천안신부점) is at 20 Meokgeori 9-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan, South Korea, across from Shinsegae Department Store, and it's open from 12:00 to 21:00. There's no private parking lot, but there are public lots nearby (Sinbu Public Parking Lot No. 4 and No. 5), so parking is easier than you'd expect.

How does the waitlist at Brewers Coffee work?
There's often a wait at Brewers Coffee. When it's full, just register on the waiting device right by the shop door. There's also a terrace outside, and on nice days those seats are really popular, haha. Luckily one seat was left, so I got in right away.

Inside Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, wood-tone furniture blends with a hip interior! It's pretty without feeling over the top, so it looks like a comfortable place to stay a while.
The interior is really hip and perfect for looking around. It's done in wood plus black, so it's easy on the eyes... There are 2-person seats and group tables too, so it works for a coffee with a bunch of friends!
There are bar seats facing the window, too! I think it's a great café for a date in Cheonan.

Brewers Coffee baked goods: financiers, madeleines, flan and canelés
As a proper dessert café in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan, Brewers Coffee had a wide range of baked goods on display! The financiers (small French almond butter cakes) looked incredibly tempting: plain, salty caramel, salty choco, Dubai chocolate, apple Earl Grey and more.
Plain, vanilla macadamia... honestly, all the desserts here are sooo good!!!
There are several madeleines too: salt choco chip, lemon, pecan, almond choco, crème brûlée madeleine and more...

Are Brewers Coffee canelés good as gifts?
I think Brewers Coffee canelés (small caramelized French pastries) make a great gift. They're so pretty and come in many flavors, so you can pick to taste and put them in a gift box. Honestly, you can't find a prettier present! Pistachio, Earl Grey, matcha and so on, mostly familiar flavors.

What does the Brewers Coffee apple tea taste like?
The Brewers Coffee apple tea has no sweetness and a slight tartness, and it's delicious. The color is so pretty too. I'd recommend it if sweet drinks feel like too much and you don't want caffeine!
The color of the drink is totally dazzling, haha!
How are the salty choco financier and vanilla flan?
The Brewers Coffee salty choco financier is a must-have dessert if you like chocolate. It has that plain, mellow quality of baked goods; it's a French-style bake made the same day, so the crisp outside and chewy inside really come through.
And the flan is a definite recommendation if you like sweet cream! Both the pie crust and the filling are really sweet and delicious.
