Located on the 2nd floor, Andamiro Pancake has a spacious, clean interior ✨ Even though I visited on a weekday afternoon, customers kept coming in steadily!

How long does the soufflé take to arrive?

As soon as you order, the owner makes the soufflé by hand 🥞 Since it's cooked to order, it can take 20–30 minutes, but it seemed to come out a bit faster when there weren't many orders backed up! Meanwhile — isn't the soufflé's puffy, jiggly look just so cute •.• 💛

Desserts that go so well with the wood table 🤎 I ordered two kinds of dessert and the table was completely full

Something this delicious and pretty deserves one more photo 📸 More than anything, the owner's plating skills were amazing — it looked so pretty! The owner is a man, but his sense of aesthetics is excellent, and he was really kind haha

Decaf iced americano, 5,000 won

I needed something cold to pair with dessert, but I'm super sensitive to caffeine, so I ordered decaf. It had no sourness, just a straight-up bean flavor, which was exactly my taste! An americano is basically mandatory when eating something sweet — today especially, I had to have one, so I tried the decaf version. This place isn't just good for dessert but for coffee too — officially a coffee spot worth recommending.

Classic croffle, 9,000 won, with vanilla ice cream on top

I tried the classic croffle, which comes with vanilla ice cream on top. The crispy, sweet croffle with ice cream — such a top-tier combo ㅠㅠ! And the ice cream had this gelato-like chewiness that made it even . even . even better 🧇 Highly recommend. I heard they also sell a Dubai croffle, so I'll have to try that next time — I bet everything here is good haha.

Andamiro Soufflé, 16,000 won, piled with five fruits

Today's main event, the Andamiro Soufflé — honestly, this is what I came here for ><. It looked so pretty I almost felt bad eating it, really.

It's piled high with a variety of fresh fruit, so fruit lovers need to come running right now. There are a whopping 5 kinds of fruit — banana, kiwi, fig, cherry, and shine muscat — and they're incredibly fresh and sweet 💥

A soufflé that splits apart with just a fork

Fluffy like a baby marshmallow, this soufflé doesn't even need a knife. Give it a light push with a fork and it comes right apart haha. No hint of eggy smell at all — it melts in your mouth the second it goes in .. so delicious.

Fig + cream + soufflé = 💓 It was my first soufflé ever, and I enjoyed it so much that I'm sure it'll come to mind every time I'm in Sinbu-dong — I'll probably be back. If you're looking for a good dessert café in Sinbu-dong, Andamiro Pancake comes highly recommended :)
