Gilchon Sutbul Galbi Seomyeon Main Branch is a charcoal pork rib restaurant a 3-minute walk from Seomyeon Station in Busanjin, Busan. Two people filled up on a 500g platter, barley shrimp doenjang stew, and rice, all for around ₩30,000 without needing to order more. It's the best pork ribs the writer has had so far, and a spot to return to whenever ribs come to mind in Seomyeon.
