I visited near Namwirye Station a while back with my second child. My first child had an event happening near Namwirye Station, so while waiting for the event to be set up, I heard there was a shabu-shabu place famous as a fresh, delicious Namwirye restaurant, so my second child and I headed over.
The place we visited was Dadam Wirye Branch!

Floor-to-ceiling windows with a tram-line view and partitioned seating
Dadam Wirye Branch is on the 3rd floor of the building (G&G Plaza, Unit 305).
Walking inside, it was really clean and pleasant! The whole place has floor-to-ceiling windows so there's no stuffiness at all, and the partitions between tables were well arranged so it felt like eating comfortably in a private room.
What was especially fun was that beyond the windows you could see the future tram line that will run through the center of Wirye — enjoying the view was a nice bonus. haha
Around 11:30am, many nearby office workers came in for lunch, and lots of families visited too — it was clearly a beloved Wirye restaurant.
Weekday lunch all-you-can-eat self bar, and cheese rice cake for the kid's taste
At Dadam Wirye Branch, the two adults and elementary schooler ordered the weekday lunch all-you-can-eat. I was really surprised seeing the ingredients prepared at the salad bar! The vegetables and other ingredients for the shabu-shabu were kept so fresh — you could tell just by looking.
My second child is a mushroom lover, so they brought back every type of mushroom, and also happily enjoyed the chewy cheese rice cake.
Since we came with a child, we chose half spicy broth and half seafood broth, so it's a good Wirye shabu-shabu restaurant even for kids who can't handle spicy food well. haha
Clean-tasting beef chuck & savory beef brisket
Dadam Wirye Branch offers two types of shabu-shabu meat: beef chuck and beef brisket! The clean-tasting chuck and the savory, rich brisket each had their own charm, so it was perfect to bring back a bit of both.
For vegetables, I refilled heaps of bean sprouts, mushrooms and napa cabbage, which are my favorites.
My favorite combo was dipping into chili sauce loaded with minced chili peppers — it was tangy, sweet and spicy, and I kept going back for more without getting tired of it!
Once we were nicely full from the shabu-shabu, we didn't forget to wrap vegetables in rice paper for a refreshing wolnamssam (rice paper wrap) palate cleanser.
My husband neatly folded his wolnamssam ingredients into a pretty little pouch shape and ate it very satisfyingly. haha
Even a self-serve affogato dessert corner
One thing that made me like Dadam Wirye Branch even more was the dessert corner!
After the meal, you can make your own affogato using the ice cream and warm coffee provided.
You don't even need to go to a separate café after lunch — you can enjoy dessert perfectly and happily right there.
Atmosphere, cleanliness, taste, and hearty portions — nothing was missing at this standout Namwirye restaurant, Dadam! I'd highly recommend it as a Wirye shabu-shabu restaurant that anyone, young or old, can enjoy.
By the way, takeout is available too, so you can enjoy it comfortably at home if you'd like. ^^
With up to 3 hours of parking support and a spacious, pleasant dining room, it was a great place to visit with kids or family. If you want to enjoy fresh vegetables and hearty meat near Namwirye, it's worth stopping by.
