Pre-meal bread and spicy gambas oil (refills available)

Today we ordered the signature menu: the pine nut caprese salad and the fresh truffle Korean beef white ragu pasta.

As soon as we ordered, the pre-meal bread arrived — and the oil was just gambas oil. Spicy, exactly my taste 🤤

Since it was early, I ordered the salad wanting something light, but I almost shouted for another plate.

I was waiting for it because I thought it would go so well with the pre-meal bread, and it came out right away — so good.

I was actually a bit sleepy, but one bite woke me right up

The soft cheese, tangy tomato, arugula (I love arugula), and the ultimate nuttiness of pine nuts came together insanely well in my mouth 🫠

While I was still marveling at the salad, the main dish, the fresh truffle Korean beef white ragu pasta, arrived right away.

Oh, the truffle came in whole slices like this — the aroma wasn't as strong as I expected at first, but the more I ate, the more the subtle fragrance came through.

Thinly sliced fresh truffle was piled generously on top, and twirling it together with the noodles gave a perfect balance of aroma and texture — thumbs up

The white ragu sauce, simmered down richly with plenty of Korean beef, soaked deeply into the noodles, so every bite exploded with the beef's savory umami 💥

I figured it would be great spread on bread too

No heaviness at all, just an elegantly soft flavor, so I cleaned the plate all the way to the end. I could see exactly why it earned a Blue Ribbon — the quality of ingredients and completeness of flavor made this the perfect Magok Korean beef pasta 🤍

Finishing the meal and taking a walk right outside afterward — simply perfect 🌟
