My husband and I went to Three Pasta, a well-known restaurant near Hanyang University ERICA in Sa-dong, Ansan! It hasn't been open long, and I heard they have really delicious signature menu items, so we had to check it out!

What the inside of Three Pasta looks like
Three Pasta looks hip from the outside! They even have chairs that remind you of a bus stop.
Stepping inside, the black steel chairs and soft lighting created a clean mid-century look! The whole place is seriously hip haha.
You order via tablet at each table. The tables were spaced out generously, so we could chat comfortably without worrying about the next table over,
We visited outside peak hours, so we were seated right away with no wait haha.
There can be a wait on weekend evenings or when students crowd in, so I'd recommend visiting with a bit of extra time to spare.

K-Toowoomba pasta, 12,900 won: the fun of tossing it yourself
The plate came piled high with red Toowoomba sauce spilling over the edges of the cream pasta — it's meant to be mixed together!
Underneath the sauce, the pasta looked white like a regular cream pasta, but as we mixed it in, it really transformed into a Toowoomba pasta — so fascinating haha.
Mixing it was half the fun!
Once mixed, the first bite hit with a thick creaminess and a sharp spiciness rising right after — it was seriously artful! Truly addictive flavor...!
The noodles were cooked perfectly, keeping that chewy texture all the way through, and the sauce was so generous we wiped the plate clean haha.
Beef belly jjamppong pasta, 10,900 won: a broth that really tastes like jjamppong
Woo-samgyeop jjamppong pasta (spicy seafood noodle soup-style pasta with beef belly) is what my jjamppong-loving husband ordered — he loves when a pasta place has a jjamppong item.
It was packed with bean sprouts, beef belly, and clams, and even though it's a broth-based pasta, it had a truly refreshing flavor. There was even a hint of smoky char that made the broth taste deeply like real jjamppong.
Ordering both the thick Toowoomba and the broth-filled jjamppong pasta was such a good call. We kept going back and forth between the two, total chaos in the best way.
Chipotle shrimp pizza, 15,900 won: thin crust piled with nachos
I usually leave the crust behind unless it's cheese-stuffed, but Three Pasta's pizza has a thin crust that, despite being thin, was surprisingly chewy and delicious, so I finished the whole thing! Crunchy nachos on top of the chipotle sauce gave every bite a lively texture, and I couldn't stop reaching for more!
The smoky, sharp spiciness unique to chipotle paired really well with the shrimp — it would make a perfect beer snack haha. We packed the leftover pizza to take home and finished it all!

The menu lineup is varied and the portions are generous for the price, so the rumors about great value were true! It's also the perfect spot for a light date with my husband on a nice day ෆ
Overall, the menu was unique and the food was excellent, making Three Pasta one of the restaurants near Hanyang University ERICA that keeps coming to mind. It's a comfortable place to enjoy solo or on a date, so next time I'll definitely try the smoky chipotle risotto! I'd 100% come back ˊᴗˋ
