Your Anmok is an ocean-view pension just steps from Gangneung's Anmok Beach. While looking for a place to stay on this Gangneung trip, I ended up spending one night in Room 503 at Your Anmok, right in the Anmok area.
Being so close to Anmok Beach made it great for sea-gazing, and the location also made it easy to explore the Gangneung Coffee Street together — a really convenient base for planning a route. And honestly, while location matters when traveling, what matters just as much is being able to rest comfortably in the room itself — and this place was great for unwinding after a full day out.

Your Anmok sits near Anmok Beach in Gangneung. It's a location that suits travelers looking for a Gangneung stay near both the beach and the coffee street. If you're driving, it's also easy to build an itinerary around nearby attractions. There's a private lot on-site for parking, and the pension also notes that a public parking lot nearby is recommended.

The pension building and its atmosphere
Your Anmok is a clean, comfortable-feeling pension overall. Walking in, it had none of that chaotic, cluttered feel some stays can have — just a relaxing atmosphere that was nice to come back to. If you want to travel with the sea close by around Anmok, the location alone felt like a real advantage.
Inside Room 503: the East Sea right at the door
Room 503 at Your Anmok had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The moment you walk in, the East Sea is right there in front of you. It's a view that just clears your head! 🌊🌊

The bathroom in 503 was also clean and well-stocked. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, and soap were all provided as basics.
Cooking in the kitchen, and Zaigle and spa rules
Being a pension, Room 503 at Your Anmok also had its own kitchen. Two bottles of water, plenty of extra tissue and towels, and even a mirror were provided — handy for doing makeup! Since cooking is allowed, it was nice to be able to make something simple to eat.
That said, grilling meat directly in the room is not allowed — if you want to grill meat, you can only use the jjiggle (portable grill) rented from the pension. The notice said used jjiggles don't need to be washed, just left in front of the door.
One of the facilities you can use at Your Anmok is the spa and jjiggle. After a full day out traveling, coming back to a warm soak was surprisingly healing. But spa and jjiggle use is banned after 10 PM, so plan your timing if you want to use them! Also note: if you're using bath products, anything glittery or dark-colored isn't allowed.

It's worth confirming your exact headcount before booking. Also, changing a reservation isn't treated as a simple modification — it's handled as a cancellation and rebooking, so the cancellation/refund policy applies. Best to book once your plans are firm.
