Dana's steak set comes with baked risotto, flap steak (buchaesal) and a drink. We ordered draft beer and red wine separately to go with it.

The risotto came out baked until crisp in the oven 🤤 It's crunchy outside and moist inside, and the texture is really appealing haha. Risotto usually makes you think of a soft texture, so having it crisp outside and moist inside felt different and good!!

Flap steak is fixed at medium; whole-grain mustard recommended

The flap steak that came with it was already cut into bite-size pieces, which was convenient haha. They even brought a steak knife, such a thoughtful touch 👍👍

The steak is served medium, and you can't choose the doneness! Still, when I tried it, the doneness was just right haha 🥩 It wasn't overcooked and stayed juicy, so I was satisfied 🤭

The steak was best dipped in whole-grain mustard!! The sharp, popping mustard went so well with the steak 🤤 It brings out the meat's own flavor and cuts the richness, so this was my favorite combination!!
