Yeoksam lunch: jijon jjamppong and blue lemonade at Jjamppong Jijon
Jjamppong Jijon Yeoksam Branch is a Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor of Semyeong Plaza Building B, near Yeoksam Station in Gangnam, Seoul. After errands in Gangnam, the writer shared jijon jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) for 13,000 won, crab fried rice for 11,000 won and sweet and sour pork in sticky rice batter for 20,000 won, then finished with yuja tea and blue lemonade. At Jjamppong Jijon it was not just one dish that worked — noodles, rice and the fried dish were all satisfying.
