After ordering, I looked around. The white-and-pink interior felt cozy and relaxed, and colorful lights glowed on the wall. I also spotted lunchbox-style menu items you can eat in or take out to enjoy wherever you like, and in front of the entrance there were straws, tissues, water, hair ties and more~

Lifting the taerae with a shovel-shaped spoon

Just as I was about to dig in, the spoon turned out to be shaped like a construction shovel, which was so fun. Like in the Instagram Reels I'd seen recently, I slid the spoon into the middle of the taerae ice and lifted, and the thin threads showed up clearly. So pretty, haha

What's the best way to eat the Ice Persimmon Taerae Bingsu?

Eating the ice persimmon on top of the ice is delicious, but when I added Corn Frost, the crunch and sweetness doubled and it tasted even better.
