Today I visited a great spot near Isu Station, Raymond Isu Branch. It's a place with American-style slice pizza and craft beer, basically a piza-meck (pizza and beer) paradise haha. I went with one other person.

Finding Raymond Isu Branch and where to park

Raymond Isu Branch has a bright red RAYMOND sign that really catches your eye. With the red-and-white awning and wooden barrels out front, it totally had that American pizza pub feel!

* Raymond Isu Branch has no parking lot, so I'd recommend public transit

What is the pub like inside?

The inside has a totally different vibe from outside. Mint-colored walls, chandeliers, patterned tile floors — it's dripping with retro charm. Each table has a tablet, so ordering was easy too.

With the arched structure and wall posters, there are a lot of photo-worthy spots. There's a big sign inside that says 'Winner of an International Beer Competition,' and I thought, okay, this place is serious about its beer.

The pizza prices are posted big on the wall. Big Bacon Hawaiian pizza slice ₩7,900 / whole pan ₩59,000, Big Mac & Cheese pizza slice ₩8,500 / whole pan ₩65,000. You can buy it by the slice or the whole pan!

The pizzas are displayed by the counter, and right next to it is a self-service bar. Hot sauce, pepperoncini — everything is self-serve.

You order from the tablet at the table. And there was a notice posted next to it! If you make a Naver reservation and leave a review, they give you a soda, so make sure to check Naver reservations before you go.

What two people ordered and what it cost

At Raymond Isu Branch, the two of us ordered one slice of Big Bacon Hawaiian pizza ₩7,900, one slice of American Bulbeok pizza ₩8,900, tomato spaghetti ₩12,900, truffle fries ₩9,900, and a blueberry sour ale ₩8,500.

Beer first! The blueberry sour ale has such a pretty color — reddish purple with pink foam. Since it's sour, there's a tangy kick that goes really well with greasy pizza. It kind of tasted like blueberry mich'o vinegar drink.

The pizza's here! On the left is the Big Bacon Hawaiian, piled high with big chunks of bacon and pineapple. On the right is the limited-edition pizza — jalapeños drizzled generously with bulgogi sauce.

Can you see the size of the slice? It's genuinely bigger than a hand... One slice is basically a whole personal pizza's worth. Two slices between two people plus sides is more than enough.

Laid out like this, doesn't it look amazing? We came for piza-meck but ended up with a full spread of pasta and fries too haha.

Is the tomato spaghetti worth adding?

The tomato spaghetti! Topped with pepperoni and melted mozzarella, plus a generous amount of parmesan and parsley. The tomato sauce is rich, but it didn't feel too heavy even eaten alongside the pizza.

Truffle fries as a side

Last up, the truffle fries! Covered in parmesan like snow, with the truffle aroma hitting you right away. It comes with two sauces — cheese sauce and ketchup. I'd seen a lot of praise for the fries in reviews here, and now I get why.

How many pizzas does Raymond Isu Branch sell a day?

Raymond Isu Branch has a set daily sales limit. It's capped at 20 pans on weekdays and 30 on weekends, so it can sell out if you go too late! If you want pizza and beer near Isu Station or Sadang Station, this place is genuinely a great recommendation. It's also great as a second stop for the night!
