Sinchon burger set with 5 free sauces and coleslaw: Bas Burger
Bas Burger Yonsei Cancer Hospital Branch is a handmade burger restaurant at the basement arcade entrance by Severance Hospital's main gate in Seodaemun, Seoul. After an outpatient visit at Severance, the writer had a Wasabi Mayo Shrimp Burger on its own plus a Bas Burger set with the side swapped to coleslaw and the drink to zero-sugar cola, and used the free potato chips given to dine-in customers with all five free sauces — house sauce, pollack roe mayo, BBQ, ranch and honey mustard. Bas Burger felt more polished than the big burger chains, making it an easy recommendation near Sinchon and Yonsei University.
