Pasta set at Withwich, a Namdong restaurant in Incheon

I had plans in Incheon and, while looking for a good place to eat, ended up visiting Withwich (위드위치), a popular spot in Guwol-dong.

I usually love pasta, so when I looked it up and saw that it had been selected for the Blue Ribbon in both 2025 and 2026, I visited with high expectations. Withwich is also a thoughtful business that shares part of its profits!!

After actually eating there, I was satisfied not only with the food but also with the set composition and prices, and I could see why so many people visit!!

The atmosphere at Blue Ribbon-selected Withwich for 2025 and 2026

Withwich is already well known as a great restaurant in Incheon's Guwol-dong! It is near Guwol Rodeo, so it is easy to get to, with a relaxed atmosphere for a date or a meal with friends, haha.

The interior felt neat and comfortable, and you can spot signs of celebrity visits here and there! As you would expect from a Blue Ribbon-selected restaurant, guests kept coming in throughout mealtime!

What we ordered with Popular Set No. 2

This time, we ordered Popular Set No. 2: the spicy perilla-leaf bulgogi sandwich, spicy beef brisket cream pasta, ricotta house salad, sliced baguette, blueberry ade, and a Jin Americano!

What I liked most was how substantial the set was! You can enjoy several dishes together, and the price does not feel burdensome, so it felt like great value!! Considering how expensive eating out is these days, that made it even more satisfying!

A bulgogi-filled sandwich I would recommend for brunch, too

The first thing I tried was the bulgogi sandwich. Personally, I love places with great bread, and the bread at Withwich was so good from the very start?!

There was a really generous amount of bulgogi between the soft, moist slices of bread, so every bite had a wonderfully full texture!!

The sweet-savory bulgogi and bread went so well together that it was excellent as a meal, but it would also suit a light brunch perfectly!

Even while I was eating, there were seriously so many takeaway orders, so this is a dish I would recommend to anyone looking for brunch in Guwol-dong, too!!

We also ordered the sliced baguette—it was crisp outside and soft inside, so please make sure you get it!!!

What did the beef brisket cream pasta taste like?

The beef brisket cream pasta was one of the dishes I was most satisfied with that day, haha.

The cream sauce was not just nutty; it had a deep, rich flavor and paired beautifully with the beef brisket, making it the kind of dish you keep reaching for!!

Dipping the bread we ordered into the cream sauce made it even more delicious!! The sauce was too good to leave behind, so we ended up wiping it all up with the bread until the very end!! This dish made me understand why so many people call this a great pasta restaurant in Guwol-dong!

Ricotta house salad and blueberry ade

The ricotta cheese salad was better than expected, too! The ricotta was soft without being overly salty, so it went well with the salad; the vegetables were fresh, and the dressing worked beautifully with everything!

Eating it alongside the cream pasta cut through the richness and made for a balanced meal! It was an even more satisfying dish because you could taste the freshness of the ingredients!

The blueberry ade I definitely recommend ordering alongside your meal

Of the drinks, the blueberry ade stayed with me the most!! It is not actually something you see all that often, even at cafés, but the blueberry's distinctive sweetness and tartness came through beautifully, making it great with the meal, haha.

If you visit Withwich, this is personally a menu item I would really recommend trying at least once! The Americano was not too bitter and had a smooth taste as well, so it was a nice, clean way to finish the meal!

How to use the self-service pickle station

It is a small detail, but I also liked that you can help yourself to pickles!

It was nice to take as much as we needed, and we could enjoy the meal more comfortably without having to call over a staff member!

Why I recommend it as a Guwol-dong restaurant in Incheon

Overall, Withwich was satisfying in every way: the food, set composition, atmosphere, and prices!

I could experience firsthand why it was selected for the Blue Ribbon, and the set made it easy to enjoy a range of dishes without feeling burdened!

From the generously filled bulgogi sandwich and deeply flavorful spicy beef brisket cream pasta to the fresh ricotta cheese salad and the blueberry ade I really want to recommend, there was not a single disappointing dish!

If you are looking for a good restaurant in Namdong-gu, Incheon, a lunch spot in Guwol-dong, somewhere near Guwol Rodeo, or a pizza and pasta restaurant in Guwol-dong, I think it would be nice to give Withwich a try! After visiting myself, it was such a great meal that I already want to return ^^
