Pasta and pork steak in Namdong, Incheon: Two Find Peter

Not long ago, I had a work dinner with my colleagues and visited Two Find Peter for the first time in ages—and it was so delicious. I immediately went to the Nonhyeon branch for a date with my husband.

It is in the La Fiesta building, and the parking lot was quite spacious and convenient.

Two Find Peter Incheon Nonhyeon Branch is on the third floor. Every branch has the same design, so it is easy to find. It has such a modern feel, you know? ~~

Quiet spacing between tables and group seating

The interior felt neat and tidy the moment we walked in. The space is divided by walls, and there is plenty of room between tables, so it was quiet and nice, haha. There is group seating, making it perfect for gatherings or dining out, and the atmosphere is great for a date too 😆

They have high chairs ready too, so do not worry!

The salad, steak, and rosé pasta we ordered

Two Find Peter's Nonhyeon branch has all sorts of dishes, from salads and gnocchi to pasta, risotto, pizza, and steak. There are great-value set menus too! I ordered the smoked salmon salad for ₩13,000, sous-vide pork neck steak for ₩20,000, and seafood rosé pasta for ₩16,000.

Once you sit down and order, they bring bread and pickles as an appetizer. The bread was warm, soft, and delicious ,, 🥐

Smoked salmon salad with horseradish dressing

First up was the smoked salmon salad. It is fresh vegetables topped with lightly pungent, tender smoked salmon, served with horseradish dressing.

Horseradish has been my favorite sauce lately whenever I eat sandwiches or salads, and it goes so well with salmon too. The portion was generous, and the combination of fresh vegetables and salmon was just right to have before the meal, haha.

Sous-vide pork neck steak with its signature pink color

Then came the sous-vide pork neck steak. It is cooked through after eight hours of low-temperature aging, and its signature pink color does not mean the meat is undercooked—it has been safely cooked at the precise temperature.

The sous-vide pork neck steak came with thick-cut fries, wasabi, sauce, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes.

You can see that the meat without sauce is really quite bright pink, right? It was juicy and delicious on its own, but it went so well with the accompanying sauce too. The sauce was white but spicy, so it was not at all cloying—simply the best.

Rich seafood-filled rosé pasta

They also brought out the seafood rosé pasta. It is rosé pasta made by mixing cream sauce and tomato sauce with fresh seafood.

It was packed with such a variety of seafood—mussels, clams, shrimp, and more. I loved that the pieces were nice and big too, haha.

Rosé pasta is my favorite kind of pasta, so I always order it wherever I go, and I fully approve of the rosé pasta at Two Find Peter's Eungye branch 👍🏻👍🏻 It was rich and thick, with enough sauce to keep every bite moist right through to the end.

The bread that came as an appetizer was great dipped in the sauce too... I had wanted pappardelle-style bread-bowl pasta, but eating it this way totally satisfied that craving.

To finish, we ordered a Coke Zero—just perfect ~~

I am someone who hates tomatoes, so apart from those, I scraped every last bit off the plates, haha. Two Find Peter's Nonhyeon branch was perfect for a special day, anniversary, or date, as well as for dining out or a gathering. They say they use fresh ingredients and cook with care to serve high-quality food, and truly, every dish was delicious!
