Suddenly decided to go shopping at Siheung Premium Outlets after work!! Had way too much fun spending money hahahaha
Wasn't planning to eat dinner but suddenly got hungry so decided to eat! It was a weekday late in the evening so there was hardly anyone around, which was so nice haha~~ Weekday outlets are just the best, right?!
While wondering what to eat inside the outlet, I spotted Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu (뼈칼국수, pork bone noodle soup) in passing! This Siheung Premium Outlets restaurant apparently showed up on a food show, and I'd been so curious about it :)

This Siheung Premium Outlets restaurant is located in Taste Village, unit 1116! I'd actually only ever seen Taste Village from the outside — this was my first time going in and eating there!!!
There was way more food than I expected, and Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu really stood out among it all 🫶
I'd been trying not to eat dinner since I've been gaining weight lately.. told my husband to eat alone.. lol lol failed~!!~!! It was right there in front of the door and I just got pulled in as if hypnotized^^;;haha
Bibim kalguksu or bone kalguksu? Choosing at Pyeongi Dambaek
The menu was packed and ugh, such a hard decision... so many good options!!! Why is this so difficult😱😱
Took way too long deciding between bibim kalguksu (mixed noodles) and bone kalguksu...haha... Was still debating even after ordering, like should I switch to bibim kalguksu..?lol

- Bone kalguksu + sweet-and-spicy pollock salad ₩18,000 (should've come with pollock salad instead of mandu, but it got swapped with what's in the spicy bone kalguksu set!)
- Spicy bone kalguksu + meat mandu ₩15,000
We didn't order the spicy bone kalguksu + pollock salad set, we ordered the noodle + mandu set, so I guess it got mixed up. Haha, no big deal since we were sharing with my husband anyway~ haha
Spicy vs. basic bone kalguksu: how the two broths differ
I thought the spicy bone kalguksu didn't look that spicy? But once you mix in the chili paste, it gets spicy!!
This is the basic bone kalguksu!! I really wanted to try the basic version haha. Thought the portion wouldn't be much, but it's actually huge and hearty!! Tastes like something you'd want rice with! There's a pepper flavor too, so pepper lovers would love this😆

Sweet-and-spicy pollock salad, even better in summer
I actually liked the pollock salad more than the mandu~~~ It's the kind of thing you crave especially in summer! haha So sweet and tangy that I kept scarfing it down!!
Was so hungry...tried the broth and it was so good I completely stopped taking photos....... This picture is the best I've got... lolllllllll So delicious and the meat was really tender!!! Not even a hint of odd smell! My husband said he liked the basic bone kalguksu more than the spicy one! Everyone's taste differs, so keep that in mind~~😊
The meat was even more tender and the portion generous, but I was too busy eating to take proper photos or video ㅠㅠlol Can you guess just how good it was haha

Genuinely ate well and I'm heading home! My husband ordered rice and mixed it into the broth>< Super filling!! That feeling of being nourished too~~totally satisfied! Next time I'll definitely try the bibim kalguksu!! Having tried the bone kalguksu now, I'm even more excited🌸
