If you're looking for a Seongsu date idea, I really hope you'll stop by Casedby Seongsu!!! Seongsu has so many good restaurants and cafés, but it's not easy to find something to do together that actually makes a memory, right? I was planning a Seongsu date and wanted to try something special, so I visited, and it was way more fun than I expected.

Best of all, you get to take home what you made. It's not just an activity that ends when you leave. You end up with a one-of-a-kind phone case, so the memory lasts a long time.
What is Casedby Seongsu like inside?
Casedby Seongsu felt clean and cozy overall. It's a workshop, but it didn't feel difficult or intimidating at all, and even first-timers can enjoy it comfortably.

The tables were nice and wide, so it was easy to work, and the neatly organized materials were fun to browse. Looking around, I saw groups of friends and lots and lots of couples. I could see why it's already a well-known Seongsu date spot.

Casedby Seongsu also displays finished pieces, and you can pick up lots of ideas just by looking. If you're not sure how to decorate yours, I'd recommend having a look around first.
How do you choose a phone case design, Pinterest ideas included?
When making a phone case at Casedby, it's much easier if you decide on a design beforehand, and personally I recommend using Pinterest for reference. This was my first time making a phone case, and I thought I'd be lost, but it wasn't as hard as I expected. I browsed lots of designs on Pinterest before going, and it really helped. Here are the designs I referenced, haha

Once you're there, there are so many pretty things that it gets overwhelming, lol. So I think it's best to settle on a general direction before you go. If you're visiting as a couple, using a photo of the two of you would look really pretty too.

Lots of people around me were making cases with couple photos or initials, and the finished ones looked so pretty. Maybe because you made it yourself, you feel much more attached than to a store-bought one. Mine is a one-of-a-kind design too, so I liked it even more.
The making itself was fun too. Deciding which materials to place, matching colors, decorating piece by piece, I lost track of time. If you like making things, you'll probably enjoy it even more.
How phone case making works at Casedby Seongsu
When you arrive at Casedby Seongsu, you first decide the look you want, then arrange the images and text you like, check the preview, and print. I used images I found on Pinterest!

You're not just dropping in a photo; you can adjust the position yourself and see how it will fit, so you can pretty much picture the finished result. Once the preview is confirmed, printing begins. Watching the image I picked get printed onto the case was fascinating. I'd always just bought cases online, so making one with a photo I chose was a first and felt extra special.

When the printing finished and I got the case, it really felt like a one-of-a-kind design. Every time I look at my phone I remember I made this case myself, so I'm even more attached to it.
Why Casedby makes a good Seongsu date activity
Seongsu dates tend to revolve around cafés and restaurants, so it's nice that Casedby Seongsu lets you add something you make together. Thinking up the design together, trading opinions and looking at finished pieces was more fun than I expected.

It was much more memorable than a date where you just take photos and leave. I also liked that you can take the finished case home and actually use it. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for things to do in Seongsu or planning a different kind of Seongsu date. If I visit again, I'd like to try a couple design or a different style.

If you want to make a special memory in Seongsu, give Casedby Seongsu a try. It was fun to make and even more satisfying once finished, a great date course haha
