Incheon tuna date spot with endless side dishes: Donggyeong Sukseong
In short
Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi (동경숙성참치) is an all-you-can-eat aged tuna restaurant on a restaurant street in Yonghyeon-dong, Michuhol, Incheon. On an early weekday evening date with her husband, the writer ordered the Royal unlimited set (38,000 won per person), and the side dishes (sukidashi) kept coming: yam juice and mochi-style tofu to start, then udon and corn cheese, grilled tuna and spicy tuna stew, and finally shrimp sushi and fish-roe rice (albap). Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi refills the tuna without being asked and the quality holds up to the end, making it a satisfying tuna date spot for anyone who cares about the side dishes.

Tuna is best eaten all-you-can-eat, right? I went to Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi (동경숙성참치), a well-known tuna restaurant in Yonghyeon-dong, Incheon.
Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi hours and parking
Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi is open from 15:00 to 23:30, with last order at 23:00. It is closed on the 1st and 4th Sunday of every month. There is no parking lot, so you need to park on the street.

The restaurant sits in an alley packed with Yonghyeon-dong's popular eateries. Doesn't the signboard alone give off good-restaurant vibes..!

Is the interior good for dates and group meals?
The inside is roomier than I expected, split into table seats and bar seats, so I think it's perfect for both dates and get-togethers! Lots of people who looked like regulars were there, and after eating I understood why.

Menu and prices
The all-you-can-eat tuna menu is divided into VIP, bluefin tuna, tuna head, Royal and Basic, and there are also set-table menus and meal menus. They have lots of sake that goes well with tuna, too! I ordered the Royal all-you-can-eat at ₩38,000 per person, plus soju/beer at ₩5,000.

✔️ If you write a Naver receipt review, they give you one free soju, beer or soft drink of your choice.

What side dishes (skidashi) come out?
The table was already set with rakkyo (pickled scallion bulbs), pickled radish, ginger, wasabi, white kimchi and flying fish roe. Lots of basic sides that go well with tuna. I'm a total fan of rakkyo and pickled radish, so I was happy.

Seaweed, soy sauce, salt and sesame oil are set out too. When eating tuna I usually feel awkward asking for more seaweed, so it was nice to eat plenty without worrying about that!

They also brought out ma juice first (a sweet, milky yam-style drink), and I have a kid's palate so I don't usually eat this kind of thing?! I made my husband try it first, and when he liked it I tried it too. It tastes like sweet milk and is so good.

Doenjang soup (soybean paste soup) and porridge come out too. I kept getting refills of the soup,, 👍🏻

Cabbage salad, a seafood cold dish with octopus and shrimp(?), even wild ginseng: such a variety of basic sides. Apart from the tuna, it's a treat for the eyes and the mouth 😆
I ate this thinking it was soft tofu and got a surprise! I think it's mochi tofu. Sweet and good haha.

Drinks have to be ice cold, right?! Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi has a separate drinks fridge, so you can drink them nice and chilled.

What's in the Royal set, and the tuna refills
The Royal all-you-can-eat is served as 30% belly, 30% head meat and 40% inner meat. Honestly I don't know the cuts well and just eat whatever looks good, but when they served the tuna, they told me how to eat each piece to make it taste best.

I ate it plain, then wrapped in seaweed haha
Partway through, udon, corn cheese and even ginkgo nuts came out. Crazy, right...?

They refilled the tuna in between, and even if you've seen the other cuts before, have you tried the round one, tuna navel? It was my first time, and it was nutty with a great texture.

Another tuna refill haha. What I liked is that they refill it on their own without us having to ask,, 🥺

Have you tried tuna lips,, too? haha. I liked that there were so many unusual cuts I'd never seen before.

From tuna dishes to the closing fish-roe rice bowl
Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi also served all kinds of dishes cooked with tuna: fried shrimp, grilled tuna, tuna spicy stew and braised tuna...! I was shocked and asked why so much was coming out, and they said there was still more to come.

I was so full that I told them this was my last refill. Even then they gave me only good-quality tuna to the very end 👍🏻

The "more to come" was shrimp sushi and an alrice bowl (rice with fish roe)! I was truly satisfied with this Yonghyeon-dong tuna spot, Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi. We went on an early weekday evening as a date, so I hadn't planned on drinking much, but the tuna was so good that I did.
Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi says it always works with a beginner's heart, fresh ingredients and sincerity to bring out the deep flavor of aged tuna at the best taste and quality. If you're looking for a good tuna restaurant in Incheon or Yonghyeon-dong, definitely visit~! 🔥🔥
