It's your host who's been out eating every single day lately,, can't stop won't stop with the restaurant hunting!!!! Today I'm introducing Panna Seomyeon Main Branch, a pasta spot in Seomyeon.
Where is Panna Seomyeon Main Branch? 2nd floor, middle of Jeonpo Cafe Street
Panna Seomyeon Main Branch is technically in Jeonpo, but these days I think you can just call this area Seomyeon. Hahaha. It's on the 2nd floor right in the middle of Jeonpo Cafe Street! I like that you don't have to fully cross over into Jeonpo lol, that long crosswalk is such a hassle ㅠㅠ
Panna is a Western restaurant opened by an owner with 15 years of hotel experience, and they say it's a special flavor finished with a hotel chef's touch — and the prices turned out to be pretty reasonable? I'm officially calling it a Seomyeon date restaurant.

How long is the wait right before break time?
This is what the inside of Panna Seomyeon Main Branch looks like, and we waited a bit before getting in — even after we got in, break time was coming up soon and there was still a small line waiting!!! It was a popular spot, clearly ><
What I loved was that there were hooks like this so you could hang your bag! I think they used the space really well haha. One hook per person, so it was really convenient to use.
What does the pollock roe shrimp cream pasta taste like?
Here's the pollock roe shrimp cream pasta we ordered!! Honestly I also wanted the vongole red oil pasta and the Toowoomba pasta too, so after a lot of agonizing I finally decided on this one lol
Oh, this is genuinely delicious. I think I might really not need Outback anymore... I heard Panna's sous vide flank steak is insanely good value too? There are so many affordable-but-tasty restaurants these days, and I love it so much!!!!! So many more options!!! I feel like Korean restaurants overall have leveled up so much that honestly you can eat well pretty much anywhere these days.
The noodle texture was spot on, and the cream wasn't too heavy, so it never got sickening and I cleaned the whole plate. The pollock roe wasn't fishy at all!! The sauce itself was so good I have to recommend it >< It was slightly spicy too, right up my alley! And the shrimp were plump — passed with flying colors!
The chicken wrap plate came out quickly too!! Oh right, all pasta dishes can have their spice level adjusted! It's divided into Shin Ramyun spicy or Buldak spicy levels.

The chicken wrap plate at Panna Seomyeon Main Branch is genuinely recommended... we both agreed we picked our menu well that day and were super satisfied lol
The chicken plate comes with fries too, and they had a little seasoning on them so they weren't bland at all, actually really good. Nice, nice.
You put the chicken in the tortilla that comes with it, add some vegetables, and dip it in the mustard? sauce in the middle,
Wait??? This is so good?? It's a flavor I know!! McDonald's chicken snap wrap!!!! Except the chicken is softer and tastier!!!! It's basically a diet food, isn't it? Haha so it was even more satisfying, ahem ahem.
I genuinely kept eating nonstop haha. I bet nobody would dislike the chicken wrap plate. Because I've never met anyone who hates a chicken snap wrap haha.
What to order at Panna next time
A bit of a shame we only got to try two menu items? That was my honest review of Panna Seomyeon Main Branch, a pasta spot in Seomyeon!! I noticed a lot of other tables ordering Panna's beef brisket rice bowl too ㅠ Next time I'll have to try some other dishes!! If you're looking for a good restaurant for a Seomyeon date, I highly recommend Panna Seomyeon Main Branch~~~
