Prepers is a diet food restaurant that sells salad pasta, and its main branch is on Sillim-ro near Sillim Station. My fiancé suggested grabbing a meal after his PT session, and that's how I first ended up at the Prepers Guro Digital Complex branch. I already love salad pasta so much, but ever since Mee's Container sank, finding salad pasta has been hard. Prepers sells it, so it won me over right away.

So the Prepers main branch is in Sillim! It's even a big place with a second floor.

What is the 1st floor of Prepers Sillim Main Branch like for eating alone?

The 1st floor was recently renovated and is super clean. True to its reputation as a go-to Sillim spot for solo meals, there was already a customer eating alone, even though it was a weekday before 6 PM.

Even the return zone, where you drop off your tray after eating, is tidy. And the stairs are right next to it, so let's check out the 2nd floor too, since I heard it was remodeled!

The 2nd floor is waaay bigger than the 1st. You can see the Hollys across the street, and, true to its solo-meal reputation, solo diners were tucked away in every corner up here too, haha.

Even if you order and sit on the 2nd floor, a monitor shows whether your food is ready, so if eating alone still feels embarrassing, order and head upstairs to eat, haha.

How much does the menu cost at Prepers?

At Prepers Sillim Main Branch, most items get you a full meal for the low-to-mid ₩10,000 range. Some are even under ₩10,000! And the menu is sooo varied.

For a quick overview, look at this menu board instead of the kiosk! But I came to Prepers for salad pasta, so I ordered two kinds of salad pasta, hahaha.

But... I loved the salad pasta I ate there with my fiancé so much that I came to have the exact same thing, and it turns out what I had that time was the pork one!! lol I ordered beef and chicken, thinking it was the beef...

At the time of my visit, Prepers Sillim Main Branch was running three events.

A bride-to-be takes home two salad pastas

I took out two salad pastas from Prepers Sillim Main Branch and headed home!

I'm a bride-to-be with less than a month until the wedding, and far from dieting, thanks to the bachelor party season I've bulked up past my usual weight... So I can't skip eating, and the woman that I am chose to eat two salad pastas... hahaha. My fiancé was off at his bachelor party eating something tastier, so I felt kind of sad (?), but I love salad pasta so I'm happy 🫪

How does Prepers beef salad pasta taste?

Prepers beef salad pasta has almost 15 chunks of beef in it.

Beef / salad / noodles / cheese powder / sauce. I think that's honestly the whole ingredient list for Prepers salad pasta.

The flavor is very simple and easygoing, but the beef is tender and there's so much of it that I wondered if this is really diet food. It felt less like pasta and more like eating steak. It's the kind of salad pasta sauce I love, so I buried my face in it and devoured it.

How is Prepers chicken salad pasta different from the beef?

Prepers chicken salad pasta has one whole chicken breast on top, and everything else is the same as the beef salad pasta. For the other one I picked the more sensible chicken, lol, with a vague idea that chicken must have fewer calories.... haha

I wish they had cut the chicken breast a bit smaller... For someone who nibbles little by little like me, the breast was too big, but other than that it's the same as the beef salad pasta. For a meat lover like me, though, the beef is still a bit tastier...!

On the day my fiancé was at his bachelor party I had to eat alone, so I wondered what to eat, found this go-to Sillim solo meal spot and took it home. It was a reaaally filling meal.
