On a second-round visit, the writer looked around the outdoor platform seats, the ground-floor group tables and the second-floor indoor floor seating, then ordered the new dakbal-poomeun-gopdoritang (braised chicken with chicken feet) at the 10% mild spice level for 39,900 won. With private rooms, sofa seats and group tables, Rainbow Pocha Isu Branch works for a gathering of almost any size.

Mond Set with boneless fried chicken and cheese-garlic dip in Isu

Raymond Isu Branch is an American-style slice pizza and craft beer pub a 3-minute walk from Isu Station in Dongjak, Seoul. With friends, we ordered the Mond Set for ₩51,900 (4 pizza slices + boneless fried chicken + truffle fries + assorted sauces) alongside a Vienna Lager, Belgian-Style Wit Beer, and Blueberry Sour Ale. The slices were big enough that four felt generous, and the cheese and garlic sauces meant we ate the crust down to the last bite — a solid pizza-and-beer spot.
