It was my kid's summer vacation, so we took a trip to Daecheon to enjoy the Boryeong Mud Festival! While wondering where to go, we ended up at Daecheon Brewery Craft Beer Brewery & Pizza Pub, which is famous for its craft beer.

Can you walk there from Daecheon Beach?

Daecheon Brewery isn't far from Daecheon Beach, but it's a slightly awkward distance to walk. Maybe that's why they run a free pickup service! Good to know~~!!

They sell craft beer too, and from the moment we walked in until we left, lots of people came just to buy beer. It seems even more famous than I expected~~!!

Since we came with our child, we ordered dishes the kid could enjoy too.

Is the single platter a good beer snack?

The single platter came with sausage, chicken wing drumettes and more, and it came out first along with the Daecheon Golden Ale. It's nice as a light snack with beer. The drumettes were just slightly spicy~! They tasted great, and the sausage that came with them was delicious too.

Is the double pepperoni pizza too spicy for a kid?

The double pepperoni pizza is made in the wood-fired oven right after you order, so it came out piping hot. The menu said it was slightly spicy, but it wasn't as spicy as I expected, and with plenty of cheese, our kid ate it happily.

Pineapple sherbet to finish

The pineapple sherbet we ordered for our kid was a good way to finish too~! It was cool and tasty, and our kid enjoyed it. I think it's perfect after pizza~!

The atmosphere at Daecheon Brewery

The pub has a nicer atmosphere than I expected, and it's spacious and comfortable, so I think it would be even better on a cool evening.

Can you take bottled beer to go at Daecheon Brewery?

Yes, you can buy bottled craft beer to take away. Throughout our meal lots of customers kept leaving with bottled beer, and we couldn't just walk past it either, so we picked a few bottles to enjoy during the trip haha

Why I recommend Daecheon Brewery for a Daecheon trip

Daecheon Brewery lets you enjoy tasty wood-fired pizza, a variety of snacks and craft beer brewed on site, so it felt right for family trips as well as for friends or couples. I was also happy that there were plenty of dishes we could eat comfortably with a child.

If you're heading to Daecheon Beach or the Boryeong Mud Festival, I recommend stopping by as part of your trip. It was a satisfying meal with tasty pizza, cold craft beer and the holiday mood all together.
