I went to Sinsa Hwaro, a Garosu-gil favorite near Sinsa Station, for a beef dinner!! They sell pork too~!! The beef melts in your mouth 🥰🥰

The beef at Sinsa Hwaro is about quality over quantity!!! It melts in your mouth!!! First off, the side dishes are really good.
We nibbled on the salad before the meat too~~ Veggies plus beef, a healthy meal.
We ordered the snowflake galbi 450g (bone included) for ₩69,000, a hanwoo (Korean beef) doenjang stew (soybean paste stew) for ₩9,000, and mul naengmyeon (cold noodles in broth) for ₩8,000.
The beef quality is really, really good. The 450g includes the bone, so the amount is small, but it totally melts in your mouth 😋 I was sad every time a piece disappeared.
The marbling is crazy too!! It completely melts in your mouth 😋😋
Even looking at it again, it looks so, so delicious.
We also dipped the beef in their house-made sauce, hehe
Sinsa Hwaro doenjang stew and cold noodles: worth ordering as a meal?
We ordered a brisket doenjang stew as our meal too. It was hot and tasty, packed with zucchini, beef, green onion, chives and tofu!!!
Look at all that stuff in it!!! I recommend it as a Sinsa restaurant! The meat has a great texture too, so it's perfect as a meal~!
We got the mul naengmyeon too! Cold noodles are a must in summer~!!! Sinsa Hwaro's portion seemed about 1.5 times bigger than other places. They gave us a lot and I enjoyed it so much! I was so full and left feeling satisfied!
