Today I visited Singsing Salad Yeouido Branch, a great spot for a healthy meal near Yeouido Station ♥⋆.˚ Since it's a newly opened store, the place was super clean, and the poke was so fresh and delicious 🥗 It's especially great for solo dining, so I think it'd be perfect for Yeouido office workers wondering what to have for lunch! Singsing Salad Yeouido Branch accepts group order reservations through Naver Reservations. Since this is Yeouido's office district, it seemed like it'd be handy for team lunches or catered meeting boxes too.

Singsing Salad Yeouido Branch is located on the first floor of the Baeksang Building! If you work in Yeouido you probably already know this building.. yep, that's the one 🙂↕️ It's right on the left as soon as you walk in! It's also close to IFC Mall and The Hyundai, so it seemed great for anyone looking for a good poke spot in Yeouido ♡

They were also running a weekday lunch event. Doesn't that sound perfect for a Yeouido lunch~! The discounted menu changes by day of the week, so you can order according to your taste 🪽

I visited to have dinner after work, and by around 6:10 pm the place was already fully seated..!! Great spot for anyone in Yeouido who wants a light salad or poke for dinner!

This is the inside of Singsing Salad Yeouido Branch! Honestly the interior isn't that big, so I think a lot of people probably order takeout or delivery. Since it just opened on July 1, it was super clean, which I really liked 🫶🏻

You order at the kiosk near the entrance! Even the kiosk design was cute — nice touch..🌼

Once you order, they make it quickly in the open kitchen, and once you're done eating, you just place your tray in the bussing area. Disposable aprons are right next to it, so they're easy to grab!

The self-service bar with phone stands for solo diners

One perk of Singsing Salad.. the self-service bar is really well set up ⭐️ Cups, water dispenser, and wet wipes are standard, but what impressed me most was the phone stand for solo diners haha. Totally recommend this place if you're looking for a solo-dining spot in Yeouido for lunch!

The candy available in different flavors was also great to have after the meal to cleanse the palate 🍬

Right now they're running an event where you get a free iced Dutch coffee for writing a Naver receipt review, so coffee lovers should definitely take part!

As I mentioned above, the weekday lunch special event is running, so keep that in mind! As a salmon lover, I'll have to target Tuesdays.. ♡

While browsing the kiosk to pick a menu, just looking at the photos made me want to eat everything..🤤 For dieters, I'd recommend the salads; for those who aren't strictly dieting but want a filling, healthy meal, I'd recommend the poke bowls or rice bowls! Add toppings and drinks to your taste for an even better meal 🪽

Avocado salmon poke, mushroom cream soup and zero-sugar cola

Everything looked so delicious that I struggled to decide! In the end I went with the avocado salmon poke 🥗 It'd feel incomplete with just poke~ so I added a hot mushroom cream soup and a zero-sugar cola too!

The poke looks so good..♡!! And another big plus of Singsing Salad~ they also give you delicious baek kimchi (white kimchi) on the side haha. As a kimchi lover.. I finished every last bit. It goes so well with the poke

Just looking at it makes you feel healthier 🥒 The special thing about Singsing Salad's poke is that they top it with a soft-boiled fried egg! Total game-changer.. how could delicious plus delicious not be delicious. And actually I'm not usually a big fan of avocado.. but why is the avocado here so good!! 🥑 It went so well with the salmon that I was happy the whole time eating..♡

Just eating poke alone felt like it wasn't quite enough~ so I also ordered the mushroom cream soup. Having the hot soup made my stomach feel even more at ease! It had a strong mushroom aroma, and I think it'd pair nicely if you ever feel like a single menu item isn't quite enough ✌🏻

A ray of hope for dieters.. zero-sugar cola 💥 A place that even gives you a cup of ice is definitely a good place. Drink it cold alongside the poke!

By the way, this is how you're supposed to mix up the poke, right..?! Haha lol. Loaded with fresh vegetables, delicious salmon, and the avocado that's a must for any poke.. this is definitely a delicious poke bowl 🥗 The sauce paired so well with the toppings too, and once I finished it all, I felt satisfyingly full~!

Is Singsing Salad Yeouido Branch worth it for a solo dinner?

Honestly, there weren't many good poke or salad spots near Yeouido Station, so it was kind of disappointing, but I'm so glad a place this good has opened in Yeouido's otherwise stark office district 🥑 It'd be great for anyone dining solo for lunch in Yeouido, and I'd also recommend it for takeout or delivery!
