Moshi Moshi Sushi Lotte Department Store Gwangbok is a Japanese sushi restaurant on the 10th-floor dining level of the Lotte Department Store Gwangbok main building in Jung-gu, Busan. On a weekday lunch visit, Set 2 (a two-person set) cost 56,900 won and a small shrimp tempura added 11,000 won, bringing 16 pieces of sushi plus char siu, yaki udon, vegetable salad, tofu salad and soup. Moshi Moshi Sushi fills every seat even at weekday lunch, so booking through Catch Table, Naver or by phone makes the meal far more relaxed.

Mibundang Myeongji Branch is a Vietnamese pho restaurant on the basement shopping level of The Sharp Myeongji First World Complex 3, in the Myeongji International New Town area of Gangseo-gu, Busan. Lunch here meant brisket pho at 10,000 won, brisket-and-flank pho at 12,500 won and an assorted appetizer platter at 8,500 won, with hot sauce and hoisin sauce mixed 4:1 and eaten with raw onion. Mibundang Myeongji Branch is an easy pick whenever a hearty, clean-tasting bowl of pho is what you want.
