Why did I choose a cleansing balm when summer sebum became a concern?

I had used cleansing oil for a long time, but during the sweltering summer, sebum, whiteheads, and blackheads started to bother me. Instead of getting a treatment, I decided to try home care and began by changing my second-cleansing product.

While looking into cleansing balm types, I tried HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm. I used it on my skin for several days and also kept an eye on the areas with blackheads.

How well did it remove color makeup?

I tested it after applying several color makeup products and eyeliner to the back of my hand. With light rolling, the makeup came off too, and I felt that it removed it without irritation.

What are the texture and application like?

The spatula is built into the lid, so it was convenient to scoop out. Its soft solid texture spread smoothly when I took a small amount and rolled it with the warmth of my hands.

The nearly ink-black texture turned transparent as I rolled it, which gave me a way to gauge my cleansing time. As someone who mainly used cleansing oil, the fresh, residue-free feeling after removal was new to me.

What feeling during use stood out?

It seemed worth considering if you want to pay attention to both sebum care and cleansing power while also wanting a fresh finish. Still, skin condition and individual experience can vary.
