Paju café pairing mango snow bingsu with mango juice: Fruit Forest

A place selling cool bingsu (shaved ice dessert) to blow away the summer heat! I visited Fruit Forest, a Paju café and dessert spot piled high with fruit, haha. It was a big size loaded with fresh mango, enough for 2-3 people~~ How did it taste? Here's my honest review^^

Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store is a fresh-fruit bingsu café at 144 Dolgoji-gil, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, right below Simhaksan. Open daily 10:00-21:00, last order at 20:30.

Outdoor tables and the roomy indoor floors

Fruit Forest also has outdoor table seating~~ Nice atmosphere, right??? If you're looking for Paju bingsu, Paju café, Paju dessert — pay attention!!

The inside was spacious too and the AC was blasting, perfect for hanging out, hahaha.

There were so many people, it's clearly a popular bingsu spot! Seems like everyone who goes to Simhaksan ends up here lol. I barely managed to snap a shot once the crowd thinned out. Proof of the Paju bingsu sanctuary~~ Can you see how packed it is with fresh fruit lol (definitely watch the video!)

They said it's ripening deliciously~~ Let's not touch it though, haha.

The 4-5 serving assorted bingsu is sold for ₩42,000, and it seems all these fruits go into it lol. Starting with melon and peach~

Orange, watermelon, pineapple (wow, what a lineup! lol)

Apple, shine muscat grapes, dragon fruit, kiwi, and fig too~~

Pineapple's in there too. With this lineup, it's basically a fruit buffet lol

Blueberries too~~ I'm planning to try the assorted bingsu next time lol

Fresh mango snow bingsu with two glasses of mango juice

What we ordered at Fruit Forest was the fresh mango snow bingsu for 2-3 people (₩32,000) plus two glasses of mango juice. There were three of us, so we figured we might come up short and added juice too — but bottom line, the bingsu alone was plenty.

Finally, the fresh mango bingsu we ordered arrived, hahaha.

You have to try it~~!! Think it's pricier than other places? => The bingsu is huge^^ The fresh mango was super fresh, so the fruit tasted great, haha. On top there's even mango ice cream~~ Mango syrup + mango + cream cheese all come together too, haha.

The mango quality is top-notch. You really have to try it... I'm planning to go again lol. The cream cheese with syrup drizzled on it has incredible cheese flavor~~ The mango ice cream doubles the refreshing chill~~ The tanginess is the best, hahaha.

Bingsu or mango juice: which should you order?

Three of us visited Fruit Forest, a Paju café, and also ordered two glasses of mango juice on top~~ The amount was way more than enough lol. The bingsu alone was plenty!! The mango juice was less sweet than the bingsu and had a great natural mango flavor^^ If you like sweet things -> go bingsu, if you like less sweet -> go juice, haha. And the bingsu's syrup is optional too, so you can eat it less sweet, haha.

A go-to bingsu spot in Paju, a great dessert café to hit after coming down from Simhaksan — Fruit Forest. First visit, and it's a five-star from me lol. Planning to go again^^ Definitely check it out~~
