Buk, Daegu shabu-shabu buffet with Vietnamese rolls: Shabu20
Shabu20 Daegu Bokhyeon branch is an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant in Buk, Daegu. I visited with my family, chose two broths, and ate meat and vegetables wrapped in Vietnamese rice paper before making juk at the end. The meat and spacious tables were satisfying, though lunch is limited to 80 minutes and dinner to 100 minutes.
