Eunpyeong ramen shop: two paitans shared with a friend, Oreno Ramen
In short
Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong (오레노라멘 은평점) is a chicken paitan (creamy chicken broth) ramen shop on Bulgwangcheon-gil in Eunpyeong, Seoul, near Saejeol Station on Line 6. After a walk along Bulgwangcheon stream, the writer and a friend arrived just after weekend opening, ordered one tori paitan ramen and one karai paitan ramen (13,000 won each) to share, and found the rich broth, firm, chewy noodles and tender meat all satisfying. With free refills of broth, kimchi, noodles and rice, Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong is a recommended hot bowl after a Bulgwangcheon walk.

I went for a walk along Bulgwangcheon with a friend and then stopped by Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong (오레노라멘 은평점) for lunch 🙌🏻 The broth is rich and delicious, so I'm recommending it as a great ramen spot in Eunpyeong-gu haha

How do you get to Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong from Saejeol Station?

Come out of Exit 2 of Saejeol Station (Line 6) and cross Bulgwangcheon, and the shop is right there. It's not far from the station, so it's easy to find, and it's a great place to stop after a walk along Bulgwangcheon 👍🏻
Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong at weekend lunch: atmosphere and seating

I visited on a weekend, not long after the 11:00 opening. Even right after opening, quite a few customers had already come and gone, and once it passed 12:00 the shop was almost completely full. It's a really popular ramen spot in Eunpyeong-gu.

There are bar seats facing the kitchen, which are great for eating alone, and there are also several table seats, but other customers were sitting there so I couldn't take photos :)

Table setting: tea instead of plain water, and even hair ties
I took a photo of the table setting too.

I liked that instead of just plain water, they serve tea 🍵

They even have hair ties ready for people with long hair, such a thoughtful touch ✨
Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong menu and free refills

The menu at Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong is just two kinds of ramen: non-spicy and spicy! An Eunpyeong-gu spot that stakes everything on ramen alone 🍜 You know a single-menu place is a seriously good place, right? haha

By the way, if you add cilantro, they serve it separately in its own bowl,

and everything from broth and kimchi to noodles and steamed rice can be refilled for free, so it's a really good-value ramen spot in Eunpyeong-gu :p
Tori paitan vs karai paitan: how they tasted shared with a friend

My friend and I ordered one non-spicy and one spicy ramen at Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong and shared them 😋

The tori paitan ramen (₩13,000) is a rich, nutty chicken paitan (creamy chicken broth) ramen!

The karai paitan ramen (₩13,000) is the tori paitan ramen with spicy spice added. It isn't very spicy, so even people who can't handle heat can enjoy it!

The chewy noodles are really good,

and the broth is seriously rich...👍🏻 Such a tasty ramen.

Extra cilantro comes in a separate dish
If you add cilantro, they bring it in a separate bowl like this,

so you can add it to your ramen as you like haha

And the meat in the ramen is so tender... I had a really good meal 😋
Is Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong worth it after a Bulgwangcheon walk?
If you want a hot, brothy meal after a walk along Bulgwangcheon, or you're looking for a good ramen spot in Eunpyeong-gu, I recommend Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong :p
