LOOOP Bakery (LOOOP 루프 베이커리 카페) is a bakery café on Yeonmujang 5-gil, about 341 m from Exit 4 of Seongsu Station, and it's open until 2 a.m. every day. Last week I left work early, had dinner, and then headed to LOOOP Bakery in Seongsu for coffee and dessert 🥰

You know how you sometimes crave something sweet after dinner? :) LOOOP is open late, so it was easy to drop in without rushing. Let me show you the Loop Einspänner (cream-topped coffee) and the Crunky brownie cookie I ordered!

LOOOP Bakery is near Yeonmujang-gil in Seongsu, so it's a nice stop while you're wandering the area. Seongsu has so many cafés with their own personality that choosing one is a dilemma, haha. That day I came after dinner for coffee and dessert :)

What's the inside of LOOOP Bakery like?

The inside of LOOOP is spread over several floors, a nice space for coffee and bakery treats. I've also heard there's a rooftop, so on a nice day it might give you a different kind of atmosphere, haha.

It's a decent place to try if you're looking for a Seongsu café where you can have bakery items and coffee together.

What breads and cakes does LOOOP Bakery have?

LOOOP had croissants, salt bread, pastries and cookies on display, along with fruit, cheese and chocolate cakes. It's not just drinks: the bakery and cake range is wide, so choosing is half the fun.

The cakes ranged from fruit cakes to cheesecake and chocolate cake, which is great if you want something sweet. It's a bakery café where you can pick the bread and cake you like to go with your coffee :)

The cakes shaped like peaches and mangoes especially caught my eye. They look so cute, like real fruit, that I wanted them even though I'd feel bad eating them :)

How does the Loop Einspänner taste?

The Loop Einspänner (루프슈페너) is LOOOP's signature menu item. It's coffee topped with cream, so it goes well with sweet desserts 🥰 If you're looking for a bakery café with a nice mood in Seongsu, it's worth trying once!

There's a generous amount of cream on top, so it looked delicious from the start 🥹 Eating the cookie-like topping sprinkled on the cream together with the cream added a crunchy texture and made it even better 👍🏻 Soft cream and coffee plus the texture of the topping was really satisfying :)

I loved that I could eat cookie and Oreo-style toppings with it too 👏🏻 Crunchy topping on soft cream added sweetness and texture, and it tasted even better 👍🏻

What's the texture of the Crunky brownie cookie?

LOOOP's Crunky brownie cookie is a chocolate dessert that gives you the fudgy texture of a brownie and the crunch of a cookie together. I'm a total chocolate fanatic, so I couldn't pass it by 🥹 It's a dessert that goes well with coffee when you're craving chocolate sweetness, so it caught my eye even more, haha.

You get the brownie's fudgy texture and the cookie's crunch together, so it paired nicely with coffee, haha. With so many bakery items and desserts, picking by your own taste is fun :)

Is LOOOP Bakery a good Seongsu dessert stop after work?

That was LOOOP Bakery, where I went after work and dinner when I wanted sweet coffee and dessert! I ordered the signature Loop Einspänner and the Crunky brownie cookie, which this chocolate fanatic couldn't pass up, and had a relaxed time 🫶🏻
