Songdo jjimdak restaurant, soy braised chicken with glass noodles
Eonyang Dak Kalguksu Incheon Songdo Branch is a Korean chicken restaurant on Haedoji-ro in Yeonsu, Incheon. Instead of the usual dak kalguksu (chicken noodle soup), this dinner for three with the writer's parents was soy braised jjimdak (braised chicken) with an added portion of glass noodles, eaten with both mild and spicy napa cabbage kimchi from the self-serve bar, three giant cheese rice cakes and two bowls of rice.
