Vegan kids shampoo with rich foam: PLEVE

A little late to the game, but my eldest son now showers by himself—and apparently some kids start washing their own hair as early as age five. At first, we shared adult shampoo, then I gave him an eco-friendly bar soap... but it was way too squeaky and drying;;; So I went looking for an eco-friendly product.

Children tend to have healthy hair, but there should not be much residue left behind in order to protect hair in its natural state. Their environment is different too: their body temperature is higher than adults', and outdoor activity means more sweat and dust. They need protection.

I loved the soft bottle and the scent

The bottle itself was really unusual. It was squishy, with a slightly silicone-like feel that makes it easy for a child to use. It would not hurt even if it fell! The texture feels so nice.

T E S T Finally. I gave shampoo to my eldest, my elementary-schooler. The squishy look alone was already a pass. And the scent is seriously... so good. Such an elegant scent. Honestly, we had only used unscented products before, and that was a tiny bit of a shame—the subtle shampoo smell... But PLEVE's scent is safety-assured too, so it was nice to use without worry. My eldest was intoxicated by the scent too... (Sorry about all those years.) He is at the age when he is suddenly much more interested in his appearance, so these things matter.

You think it will not foam because it is vegan, right? Think again. It foams up so, so well. Foam everywhere.
