Salering Gyodae Direct Store is open Monday to Saturday, 08:10–21:00, with last order at 20:30, and closed every Sunday. It's open from early morning until evening, so you can have breakfast or dinner here too!

It's close to Gyodae Station. It's just a short walk from Exit 1.

Is Salering Gyodae Direct Store comfortable for eating alone?

There are tables for 2–4 people and even bar tables for solo diners, so it was perfect for eating alone. I came after the lunch peak and the hall looked nice and empty, so I filmed the interior. Overall it was pleasant and clean.

There's a water purifier in the self-service bar zone, so you can pour your own water. A prepayment promotion is also running, which seems great for regular visitors!

From the reviews I figured the salad portion would be pretty big, so I asked for the spicy tender chicken salad wrap to go, planning to take it home if I couldn't finish.

It's packed with thick chicken tenders, two strips per wrap, and the lettuce was fresh and went well with the sauce, so this wrap alone looked like enough for a meal or a snack! A very tempting group shot, enjoy the meal!

So basically I eat the poke for a hearty lunch, and the wrap, if there's any left, works as a snack or light dinner. It's a good-value set that replaces two meals!

How does the green cleanse juice taste?

The green cleanse juice I chose was a detox cleanse juice made with green grapes, kale, wheatgrass, apple and lemon, and it was sweet and cool, perfect with the poke haha

Flame-grilled steak bibim poke: portion and dressing

The flame-grilled steak bibim poke at Salering Gyodae Direct Store was a pretty generous portion, and the sweet soy dressing came in a generous amount too. I drizzled all the dressing over it~ I worried it might not be enough, but it was totally plentiful and I was happy.

If you prefer milder flavors, don't pour in the whole dressing at once; add it little by little and taste as you go!

True to a brand specializing in Korean-style bibim poke salad for a proper meal, the poke portion was quite generous! The flame-grilled steak had real smoky flavor and plenty of beef, so the ratio of rice to meat was just right all the way through haha

The salad vegetables and proteins were mixed in evenly in small amounts, so the bibim poke had a really great chew 👍

I stuffed myself with the poke and took the leftover tender wrap to go haha The staff and the owner were so kind, which made the meal even nicer!!

There are parking spaces in front of the shop, and parking is free, so it seems like an easy visit for anyone who drove haha
