Hôtel de Couture is a pasta and brunch restaurant in Yeonnam-dong, Seoul, on the 1.5th floor of the building next to Just Ten Dong, in an alley off the Gyeongui Line Forest Park. Two friends meeting after four months ordered jambon truffle cream risotto, mortadella lemon butter pasta and honey jambon cream French toast, cleaning the lemon butter pasta but leaving some risotto and toast. For two people, Hôtel de Couture is best ordered one dish per person, and the floor-to-ceiling windows make it a bright pick for a date or a first meeting.
