Tuesday, August 11, 2026, early evening — I came back to Dance Dance Dance, my go-to Seoul Station sandwich spot for a light dinner and an afternoon reset! Apparently people shorten it to "Dansam" haha. My last visit left such a good impression that I came back to try their new menu 🎶

How to find the shop on level B3 of Grand Central

There's an escalator down to the basement on the right side of the Grand Central building. Take that down, slip through the door on the left, then go down one more level — that's where you'll find Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station, on B3.

The inside of the Grand Central building is clean and tidy, and the store sits in an open, spacious spot — very comfortable! Visiting on a weekday afternoon means it's never too crowded or loud, which I really love ><

Choosing a sandwich: skipping the spicy jalapeño

Every time I come to Dansam, both the new items and the classics look so tempting that I can never decide ㅠ_ㅠ hahaha. And the posters are shot so well it makes everything look even more delicious!!! Over the years I've tried the baguette sandwich, honey butter, cod roe potato, chicken breast, and jambon jalapeño (a lot, I know lol). Their jalapeño menu is pretty spicy, so for the sake of my stomach, I skipped all the spicy items this time!

They just happened to have a bunch of new items out, so I went with the jambon pistachio baguette (₩12,900) 💖 and added a decaf americano (+₩4,500) to go with it ✨ Total came to ₩17,400.

Ta-da — ✨ the jambon pistachio baguette and decaf iced americano! Looking at it again, that logo is just so pretty hehe. The pistachio spread and jambon peeking out are so lovely.

This time they even gave me a free drip bag 🤎 Normally I'd have brewed it at work right away, but since the expiration date was August 19, I handed it off to the youngest at my office instead lol. Wonder how it'll taste!

Decaf iced americano, 4,500 won with the 1,000 won sandwich discount

First, the decaf iced americano!!!!! A lot of places either only offer cold brew for decaf or make it taste way worse than their regular beans, but this one had a touch of acidity while keeping the nutty flavor — I liked it. It's also so cute that they marked "decaf" right on the cup ㅠㅠ Perfectly satisfying summer acidity too 💕

How does the jambon pistachio baguette taste?

I've tried both the baguette and ciabatta versions at Dansam. Both are great, but when I can eat it right away, I go for the baguette..🤎 The crust is crisp and shattery yet clean-tasting — so good!!!!

And the jambon peeking out just looked so tender, with the pistachio spread piled on generously — it made my mouth water haha. The look of it before I even took a bite had me snapping photos nonstop lol.

The jambon at Dance Dance Dance, my go-to Seoul Station sandwich spot, was, as always, less salty and more tender than jambon I've had elsewhere, which made it even easier to eat! And of course, eating the baguette sandwich right there at the store means the crust stays crisp without being tough 💛 The pistachio spread was sweet with a subtle tang, and clung to my mouth in this dense, chewy way that's exactly the texture I love hehe.

Dansam never disappoints.. Fully satisfied once again, my forever go-to spot. See you again soon, Dansam 🎶
