Why I started looking for psyllium husk fiber

My jaw's been hurting lately so I can't eat properly, which means 💩 doesn't come out much either,,, well I guess that makes sense if I'm not eating,, but still ❗️❗️❗️

I know eating apples and stuff would help but I can't chew with this jaw,,,,, so anyway I was searching around and found out psyllium husk is full of fiber and helps you go, so I decided I gotta buy it...

But you know I can't eat things that taste bad, right? My friend tried psyllium husk once and said it tastes like dirt....

And then!!!! I found out about Health House Pinejapi. Pineapple-flavored psyllium husk. And it's sweet because it uses a sugar substitute? Bought it right away.

How much fiber Pinejapi has and how to take it

Psyllium husk is the outer shell of plantain seeds, and it has the property of expanding several times its size like a sponge when it absorbs water. Thanks to that, it gently pushes out waste that's built up heavily in the gut, which is why it's well known as a go-to ingredient for helping you go.

That's apparently how it works... I bought mine on GS Shop for ₩17,900.

You're supposed to take 2 sachets a day. 2 sachets = fiber of 2 apples. Oh nice. But I didn't know that and only had 1 sachet a day? Still worked super well for me.

Anyway I opened one right away and looked. Huh? Wait this really does look like dirt,,, my friend said it tasted like dirt, is this gonna be that too? Fear washed over me suddenly but

The smell is exactly like pineapple kombucha.

It looks like this. The scent seemed like it would be really refreshing, but when I actually mixed it with water and drank it, the taste that came through was more of a sweet flavor than I expected!!??? Maybe because of the sugar substitute!? Totally fine, honestly great.

So sweet!! A hint of pineapple flavor lingers, super clean. No dirt taste at all. You can just drink it comfortably. Zero sugar is also a plus since you don't have to worry about sugar~ Can't waste my calories on a drink lol

The taste is exactly pineapple kombucha but a bit sweeter. Satisfied!!!🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍 I drank one sachet and went straight to the bathroom the very next day. Coincidence? I don't think so, the effect seems too good for that. Anyway I'm going to keep drinking it~~~~
