My natural lip color is on the darker side, so I felt my face looked dull when I was not wearing lip color. With less time for makeup while raising a child, I became more conscious of my lip color, so I visited Lamoon Brow (라문브로우) near Gangnam Station for a dark-lip consultation.

How did I get there from Gangnam Station and make a booking?
Lamoon Brow is a 2–3 minute walk from Gangnam Station Exit 5. Its address is Suite 412, 4th floor, 42 Seocho-daero 78-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul. When I booked through KakaoTalk, I sent a current photo of my lips first so their condition could be checked.
At the time of my visit, I was told that appointments were required and that only a small number of bookings were taken each day. In my case, the consultation through treatment took about two hours. The original post lists hours as Monday through Friday, 11:00–21:00, with regular closure every Sunday. Saturday hours were not recorded.

What were the treatment space and disposable supplies like?
The interior was neatly arranged in white tones. Since this was a treatment that directly touches the lips, hygiene was on my mind, but seeing that supplies were managed largely as disposable items eased my concern.

How did we discuss my lip condition and color?
Before the treatment, I heard an explanation of my current lip condition and reviewed the consent form and precautions. We also compared several colors by holding them against my face. I thought I had warm undertones because my skin is fairly dark, but I was told that cool-toned colors suited me. Comparing them directly helped me understand that advice.

What did I hear about dark lips and retouching?
Dark lip color was my biggest concern, so I arrived with detailed questions. The practitioner explained by showing me several previous dark-lip cases. During my consultation, I was told that improvement would need to happen gradually through a retouch rather than ending with one treatment.

What was the treatment order, and how did it feel?
A neutralizing step was done, followed by a waiting period with plenty of cream applied to my lips. The color work came afterward. I was a little scared beforehand, but to me it felt similar in intensity to eyebrow tattooing.

How did my lip color look immediately afterward?
Because it was my first treatment, they checked my lip condition and did not work too heavily from the start. Comparing before-and-after photos, I felt my lips looked more lively and my overall impression more defined than before. However, I was told that the immediate color was not the final color and would settle as peeling progressed.

What was the peeling like 3–4 days after treatment?
When I wrote the original post on Sep 5, 2026, it had been about 3–4 days since the treatment and peeling was underway. I had been told to apply lip balm frequently afterward to prevent dryness, and I was following that guidance.

What stayed with me was how carefully everything was explained, from the consultation through aftercare guidance. I was happy with the immediate change, but this record only covers the experience while peeling was still underway. I had not yet been able to confirm the final color after peeling or the retouch result.
