Late-night cocktail bar dining near Sindang Station: Plot

I’d heard there are so many great spots with a vibe in Sindang lately, so while looking around, I visited Plot, a Sindang wine bar. Plot is also a popular place for a Sindang date 🍷 With great pasta, atmosphere, and prices, I wanted to introduce it as a second-stop bar in Sindang!

Plot, a great restaurant in Sindang, is a stylish cocktail and dining bar directly connected to Sindang Station Exit 11-1. It stays open until the early hours of the next morning, so it’s great for dinner or as a late-night second stop in Sindang. 🍷 Parking is available too, which is convenient, and the soft lighting and calm atmosphere make it worth saving for anyone looking for a Sindang or Sindang Station date spot 😊

Sindang has recently gained the nickname “Hipdang” because so many distinctive cafés, bars, and dining spaces have opened here, and Plot suited that hot-spot atmosphere so well. Unlike the bright, boisterous bars in Sindang-dong, it’s a place where you can eat slowly and talk. I thought the lighting would make everyone look pretty on a blind date or date, too! I recommend it for a Sindang-dong date course. 💗💗

A calm interior with soft lighting and bar counter seats

The entrance side has floor-to-ceiling glass windows, making the interior feel wonderfully open. Paired with the soft lighting and dark-toned décor throughout, it feels calm yet refined. ✨

Along with two- and four-person tables, there are bar counter seats. Sitting at the counter, you can watch the cocktails being made, which was fun to see too. 🍸

A menu to choose from, from pasta to cocktails

Each table has a QR code, so you can check the menu right on your phone. Looking through it, there were more choices than I expected, from appetizers and mains to desserts: pâté, potatoes, tartare, fried meatballs, and black pork carpaccio for starters; then triangle-cut steak, linguine aglio e olio, Korean beef ragù pappardelle, and bottarga fresh pasta among the mains. 🍝 I absolutely loved that it isn’t just a Sindang cocktail bar for drinking—it’s a dining bar where you can enjoy food and drinks together. 👍🏻

There were Plot goods for sale on one side of the venue, and its own distinctive mood was tucked throughout the space, so it was fun simply looking around. Plot reinterprets food and drinks inspired by Italian food culture, apparently.

I heard the name P.lot combines “Pleasure” and “Lot.” The description—that it’s a place where you can enjoy varied food and drinks in one space and spend time however you like—felt perfectly suited to Plot’s atmosphere.

For drinks, there are various cocktails made with Italian ingredients, along with wine and whisky, and wine is available by the glass or bottle. 🍷 They also say that if you describe the style you want, they’ll make a cocktail suited to your taste, even if it isn’t on the menu.

Non-alcoholic balsamic strawberry and bottarga fresh pasta

I ordered the non-alcoholic Balsamic Strawberry cocktail 🍓 It’s a drink with balsamic glaze and strawberries, and served in the glass, the color was so pretty too.

Bottarga fresh pasta

This was the bottarga fresh pasta I was most looking forward to. Crispy toppings and bottarga, cured fish roe, sat over unusual black fresh noodles, with plenty of sauce underneath.

The rich nuttiness of butter, the salty flavor of bottarga and mullet roe, plus the soft yet pleasantly chewy texture unique to fresh pasta... so, so good 🍝

In particular, the salty roe flavor had soaked nicely into the fresh noodles, so every bite tasted quite rich. Fish roe and fresh pasta are a totally perfect match 😊👍🏻 If you’re looking for great pasta in Sindang, I recommend trying the bottarga fresh pasta too!

Adding bread and dipping it into the sauce left after the pasta was really delicious. 🥖 Since it’s a space where you can take your time and talk, I recommend it for dates or dinner gatherings too.

Smooth vanilla ice cream

For dessert, vanilla ice cream 🍨 It comes in a small, cute bowl in a round scoop, topped with vanilla bean. The texture was so smooth 🤍 and I could taste the delicate vanilla flavor.

I recommend it for days when you want to wrap up with a glass of wine or cocktail. 🍷 Plot is a Sindang bar where you can enjoy a meal and drinks after a blind date, or carry on from dinner into drinks.
