Euljiro 3-ga rooftop bar with Seoul views: Another Level

A day for rooftop beer in Euljiro 3-ga

The weather has gotten seriously, unbelievably cool lately, right...? On a breezy day with autumn air like this, isn’t it basically the rule to knock back a cold beer on a rooftop or outdoor terrace...!!

My sibling happens to work near Euljiro, so I went to this hot Euljiro 3-ga bar for a refreshing beer right when they got off work! Today’s spot is Another Level, a rooftop, wine bar, and great beer spot where you can properly soak up that Hipjiro vibe~~

Another Level location, hours, and parking

Location: 11 Eulji-ro 12-gil, 4th floor, Jung-gu, Seoul, South Korea (서울특별시 중구 을지로12길 11 4층) Hours: Mon–Sat 17:00–24:00 Last order: 23:00 Closed: Every Sunday Parking: Sadly, there is no dedicated parking, so if you’re driving, you’ll need to use a nearby public parking lot!

Once you head into the Euljiro alleys, an unusual sign on the street greets you, absolutely brimming with that Hipjiro feeling.

Go inside the building and take the elevator to the fourth floor, and there’s the place! It’s only a two-minute walk from Euljiro 3-ga Station too, so the access is very nice..!

Fourth-floor indoor seating and fifth-floor rooftop atmosphere

Another Level is divided into indoor seating on the fourth floor and outdoor rooftop seating on the fifth.

The fourth floor has a dreamy, atmospheric interior, and there were quite a few couples enjoying some cozy time together.

But I’m firmly on team “can’t give up outdoor drinking,” so straight to the rooftop we went.

The fifth-floor rooftop is much more open than the indoor space, with a beautiful Seoul city night view spread out before you. A true night-view gem.

It’s lively without being too noisy, so it’s perfect for a get-together with friends~~~ The breeze, humidity, air, night view—everything was perfect..!

Signature dishes with draft beer

We ordered the signature spicy earthenware-pot pasta, lime-zest gold kiwi for a light bite, and icy draft beer!

Spicy Earthenware-Pot Pasta (₩22,000)

It was packed with assorted seafood, and the rich, pleasantly spicy broth was totally my style... It was a little spicy at first, but as you eat, it becomes that satisfyingly fiery heat that hits exactly the Korean palate...!!

One spoonful of that broth and you’re automatically cured of a hangover. A dish that calls for drinks..^^

There was a generous amount of noodles and seafood too, so it would be great as a first stop! (We were at our second stop, but ate like it was our first haha)

The bread served alongside it was perfect for dunking deeply into that spicy pot broth!!

Lime-Zest Gold Kiwi (₩12,000)

My sibling is a total lightweight with spicy food... They were eating the spicy pasta all huff-huff, so we ordered the lime-zest gold kiwi!

The fragrant lime zest added to the sweet-tart gold kiwi actually went surprisingly well with cold beer?????

Thanks to the lime zest, it wasn’t just sweet—it had a refreshing edge, making it such an appealing drinking snack! A sip of cold draft beer, then the sparkling Seoul night view amid that open-air rooftop mood, and I was drunk on the atmosphere.....

You know this is the dangerous moment, right????? If you get drunk on the mood and the drinks just keep going down... well, congratulations. You will not escape tomorrow’s hangover^^ But so what..!!!!!! I’m off tomorrow, that’s what I’m saying. Hahaha

Tomorrow-me can deal with a hangover or whatever.. We properly went for it through the first and second stops..^^

A great place for night views and evening air
