Mentsuru City Hall Branch is a ramen restaurant in Jung-gu, Seoul, near City Hall Station. Before Deoksugung Palace’s night opening, I had spicy tori paitan with extra sous-vide pork jowl and egg, plus crispy house-made karaage. Verdict: a satisfying, easy choice for solo ramen or a casual date-night dinner.
