Hi, it's Moa :) I was looking for a place in Bucheon's Sinjung-dong neighborhood where I could enjoy good bread and coffee together, and that's how I ended up at Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong. I've always liked bread, so I enjoy hunting down bakery cafés, and this time I was looking for somewhere to rest for a bit in Sinjung-dong.

Where is Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong, and what are the hours?

Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong is about 344m from Exit 3 of Sinjung-dong Station, so it's easy to reach by subway. It's a comfortable walk from the station, so it seemed like a good spot to stop by if you have plans nearby or are just looking for a café.

It's open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Since it opens in the morning, it seems good for a simple breakfast or coffee and bread before work, and it also seemed like a nice place to stop by for dessert in the afternoon.

Easy White Bread is a little different from a typical bakery café in that it's a brand specializing in fresh milk bread (생식빵). It's Bonif's dedicated milk bread brand, developed from the milk bread that used to be the signature item at Easy Brewing Coffee and now given its own independent identity.

They say they focus on drawing out deep flavor and soft texture using carefully chosen ingredients, including AOP-certified French butter and dairy cream. As someone who loves bread, the ingredients used matter a lot when I'm choosing what to eat, so it caught my attention that they use good ingredients.

What we ordered at Easy White Bread that day

The café bakes fresh milk bread at set times every day. Signature items include Golden Beurre milk bread, walnut rye milk bread, and soboro chestnut rice cake milk bread, among other varieties. The nutty, sweet smell of freshly baked bread filling the café is one of those pleasures you only get at a bakery café.

We picked a few different items to try that day. We ordered a Golden Beurre milk bread half, plain cream cheese, cream castella milk bread, and decaf cold brew.

Personally, everything we had that day was so good I was really satisfied overall. In a word, it was pure honey-sweet perfection. If you like bread, I'd recommend picking a few different kinds to share.

For a drink, we ordered decaf cold brew. Since we were eating several kinds of bread, a clean, not-too-sweet or too-strong coffee suited us well. It was also nice that decaf was an option — people who want to avoid too much caffeine can still enjoy coffee alongside the bread.

What the café is like for an hour of sitting in

We stayed in the café for about an hour that day, and it was striking to see customers keep coming in even though the place had only recently opened. Seeing so many people visit despite the short time since opening made me think this bakery café is already getting attention in the Sinjung-dong area.

The atmosphere was comfortable to settle into as well. It was a nice place to spend a relaxed hour browsing bread, picking what to eat, and finishing with coffee. It seemed like a good spot to visit alone for bread and coffee, or to sit and chat over dessert with a friend.
