Since it's a treatment on my face, I checked whether they could tailor care to my specific condition, and since I also wanted body treatments down the line, I checked whether they were good at releasing tension too, before booking. You change into a robe and head up to the second floor. The rooms are spacious and private, with 2-person and multi-person rooms available, so couple treatments are possible too.

Even little thoughtful touches stood out, like making sure the AC breeze didn't blow directly on you! The low lighting and home-like atmosphere really put me at ease.
