In short
Miss Jokbal Seoul Myeongdong Branch is a jokbal (braised pig's trotters) and bossam (boiled pork) restaurant in Jung-gu, Seoul, open since 1987 and about a 3-minute walk from Euljiro 1-ga Station. Today I'm introducing Miss Jokbal Seoul Myeongdong Branch (미쓰족발 서울명동점), near Euljiro 1-ga Station in Myeongdong, Seoul✨
Where is Miss Jokbal Myeongdong, and where can you park?
Miss Jokbal Seoul Myeongdong Branch is about a 3-minute walk from Euljiro 1-ga Station (Line 2). You can't park at the building or on the nearby street, so use the Center Place car park near the station (all-day ticket ₩5,000 if prepaid), or the car parks at Seoul City Hall, Namdaemun Market, N Seoul Tower or Dadong Park, which are about 10–15 minutes away.

A sign outside says this is a jokbal place with 30 years of tradition, going back to 1987.

They cook the same day and offer hygienic vacuum packing, so you can take jokbal home vacuum-sealed. Since Myeongdong has so many foreign tourists, the notices are also written in English, Chinese and Japanese.
Atmosphere and seating at Miss Jokbal Myeongdong
Miss Jokbal Seoul Myeongdong Branch has plenty of 4-person tables and is laid out for parties of 2–4 as well as groups of up to 40. The first thing you see when you walk in is the MYTH JOKBAL lettering on one wall and a colorful pop-art style pig painting, which I found striking😽
We arrived at the 11am opening on a weekday, and by about 12 the place was fairly full.

You can switch the language on the T-order tablet, but there are also separate paper menus in foreign languages (English, Chinese, Japanese) for tourists, so ask the staff if you need one. We ordered from the main menu, but the lunch menu is reasonably priced for office workers nearby looking for a good-value lunch, so it looks like a decent budget meal too🙌

Please check the sign above for the country of origin of the ingredients!
What comes free when you order a main dish at Miss Jokbal?

There was a guide to the best order for eating Miss Jokbal stuck on the tablet, but I only noticed it late, so I didn't eat in that order haha😂

When you order a main dish at Miss Jokbal, you get ssamjang (seasoned dipping paste), salted shrimp and mala sauce, along with kimchi kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) as a free extra. Many jokbal places serve buckwheat noodles on the side, so I found it fun that the free extra here is kimchi kalguksu‼️ Mala sauce is rare at a Korean restaurant, so mala fans and Chinese tourists used to it can ease into Korean food without any fuss><

Emperor Jokbal ₩58,000: what side dishes come with it?
We ordered the Emperor Jokbal (₩58,000)✨

Emperor Jokbal comes with glossy jokbal in the center and a colorful variety of side dishes arranged in a circle around it.

The sides for Emperor Jokbal are wrap vegetables (lettuce, perilla leaves, cabbage), bossam kimchi, seasoned dried radish, glass noodle seaweed salad, konjac (mung bean jelly) salad, white kimchi, mushroom japchae (glass noodle stir-fry), shrimp salad, tofu kimchi, and garlic gungchae pickles🤗 It's a great lineup for foreigners or first-time visitors to experience Korea's abundant side dish culture. With jokbal as the main dish, surrounded by neat, colorful sides, you can see the care in it from the look alone🙌

Recommended wrap combos for Emperor Jokbal
With so many side dishes, the wrap combinations multiply too! Lettuce + white kimchi + lean jokbal meat, perilla leaf + seasoned dried radish + jokbal skin, and so on. Every bite felt different, which I loved👍
The biggest plus was the variety of kimchi. Alternating spicy and milder ones kept it from getting boring, and I could inhale it fast><
Overall verdict on Miss Jokbal Seoul Myeongdong Branch
I recommend Miss Jokbal Seoul Myeongdong Branch to anyone in the Myeongdong and Euljiro area looking for a jokbal and bossam place with a big Korean-table feel. It's very close to Lotte Department Store Main Store, Shinsegae Department Store Main Store and the Myeongdong Underground Shopping Center, so it's perfect for filling up before or after shopping.
Its pluses are the easy access for tourists thanks to Euljiro 1-ga Station, and the free kimchi kalguksu and salad when you order jokbal or bossam. If jokbal alone feels like a shame and you want to enjoy lots of combos with various side dishes, Emperor Jokbal is worth trying.
