This time I ordered the chicken protein box for ₩8,900 and the salmon protein box for ₩11,900.

Chicken protein box, 8,900 won — light, with no carbs

This is the chicken protein box from Why Starve Gongdeok Main Branch, full of protein and low in fat! I went light and didn't add any carbs.

The toppings are generous — lettuce, green beans, bell peppers, olives, broccoli, chickpeas, flakes, and more!

Salmon protein box, 11,900 won — a surprisingly generous portion

The salmon light protein box from Why Starve Gongdeok Main Branch! Again, a light meal built around vegetables and salmon that I'd recommend.

Salmon has just the right amount of fat and is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, so it's good for everyone haha! It's also a great menu item for getting protein after a workout.

The vegetables were all fresh and there were so many toppings, it was fun picking through them all >,< !!
