Today I'm writing up my visit to Daily Fix Gangnam Main Branch near Yeoksam Station, where I had a really good meal :)
With everything from burgers to sandwiches to chicken on the menu, it's a great spot for lunch or dinner. This time I tried the pastrami sandwich, chicken strips, and a Stella draft together ૮ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ა

Inside Daily Fix: seating that works for solo diners too
The inside of Daily Fix Gangnam Main Branch felt clean and comfortable overall, with tables for two as well as seating for larger groups! There were couples, and there were families too ✨
It also didn't feel awkward to visit alone, so it seems like a fine spot for solo dining too. (There was actually someone eating solo at the table right next to me!) Perfect for office workers to drop by casually on a lunch break, right? 🤔
What's on the Daily Fix menu?
Daily Fix has a good variety of handmade burgers. The classics include a cheeseburger, chicken burger, and bacon cheeseburger, and if you want something a bit different, you can order the pastrami sandwich or a Patty Melt.
Side dishes include onion rings, chicken wings, fried eggplant, and chili cheese fries, plus drinks and cocktails on the menu too!
One thing I really want to recommend is the Stella, which won BEST Draft Beer in the 2024 Stella certification!

The 80-hour cured and smoked PASTRAMI sandwich + fries + added zero cola. It's packed with thinly sliced pastrami, giving it a totally different flavor from your average burger!
The meat itself has a strong presence, so go in expecting to enjoy the distinct pastrami flavor rather than a light, plain sandwich :) The fries were crispy outside and completely soft inside! With the seasoning added, they went really well with the sandwich.
Boneless chicken leg strips: juicy, not dry
Crispy-outside, juicy-inside boneless chicken leg Chicken Strips. The outside was fried nice and crisp, and since it's dark meat inside, it wasn't dry at all — nice and moist.
Biting in, you get the crunchy coating and tender chicken leg meat together, and it was so good! Rather than that plain, dry chicken breast feel, there's a softer, chewier texture unique to boneless chicken leg, which I personally liked more. The coating wasn't too thick either, so it didn't cover up the chicken flavor.
Eating it with the two sauces and pickled cabbage that came with it added a whole new dimension — the crunchy, savory chicken strips paired with the sauce flavors and tangy pickled cabbage. It especially cut through the greasiness of the fried coating, so it was great to mix in between bites. Dipping in the sauce, then eating some pickled cabbage, then back again — even though it was just one dish, I never got tired of it and kept reaching for more.
This chicken is under ₩20,000 but the portion was huge, so I couldn't finish it all, and they packed it up so kindly for me — they even re-wrapped fresh portions of each sauce separately ✨ ✨genuinely touched by that✨ ✨

The Stella was seriously good. Smooth and full of flavor! Next time I'd love to sit on the outdoor terrace with some fried chicken and beer.
Is Daily Fix Gangnam worth a visit?
Daily Fix Gangnam Main Branch has a totally low-key vibe that works well whether you're eating solo, having a quick meal, or on a date, so it's a good one to keep in mind when looking for somewhere to eat near Gangnam or Yeoksam station! I think I'll be back again if I'm ever in the area haha
