Salering Gyodae Direct Store is a poke and salad restaurant on Seochodae-ro 56-gil near Gyodae Station in Seocho, Seoul. The shrimp and scallop bibim poke came with mentaiko wasabi mayo and the beef brisket bibim poke with bibimjang sauce, both over brown barley rice, and the sauces were the real kick. For a filling meal you can eat without guilt, Salering Gyodae Direct Store is worth a visit.

The verdict: the spicy level at Hyeonseonine is extreme, so medium is the right call on a first visit.
