Fig snow bingsu, 2–3 servings on a Monday: Fruit Forest Paju
Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store is a fresh-fruit dessert café in the Simhaksan food alley in Paju, Gyeonggi. Visiting on a Monday afternoon, the writer ordered the fig snow bingsu (₩28,000), which came with figs and blueberries cut to order, blueberries, and a honeycomb piece, enough for 2–3 people. The best part was that the milk ice itself wasn't sweet, so only the fruit's natural sweetness came through.
