Euljiro chef's counter dinner with gamberi rosé spaghettini: Schedule
In short
Schedule Osteria is an Italian restaurant on the 2nd floor of the iM Financial Center, between Euljiro-ipgu and Jonggak stations in Jung-gu, Seoul. A late reservation meant a bar seat facing the open kitchen, which turned out to be the fun way to eat here, and the order came to Prime Sirloin Cap Risotto at 34,000 won, Gamberi Rosé Spaghettini at 28,000 won and Bolognese Arancini at 18,000 won. The sirloin cap melted in the mouth and the rosé sauce leaned tomato-forward rather than heavy, making Schedule Osteria an easy choice for a Jonggak or Euljiro date or anniversary dinner.

Today I was out having fun in hip Euljiro and finally visited a place I had really, really wanted to try — Schedule Osteria.

Where is Schedule Osteria? 10 minutes from Euljiro-ipgu or Jonggak Station
It's about 10 minutes from Exit 2 of Euljiro-ipgu Station, and 10 minutes from Exit 5 of Jonggak Station. (Honestly it felt like less than 10 minutes from the station exit haha.) It's on the 2nd floor of the iM Financial Group building.

The exterior alone crushes the vibe 🌹 Anyone recognize Schedule from the show Byeolnomdeul?! Hahaha I watched that episode and was so curious about this place!! Dream finally fulfilled 🤓

Inside Schedule Osteria: what the bar seats by the open kitchen are like
The inside of Schedule Osteria was really spacious and private. I liked it from the moment I walked in, which only made me more curious about the interior haha. Wow — the tables were spaced really far apart, which I loved. Sitting by the window would feel even more romantic 🎆
If you're looking for a blind date spot near Jonggak or Euljiro, come here — it's a guaranteed win haha. When I visited, there were quite a few people clearly on blind dates too... 😜
Since I booked so late, I ended up with a bar seat, but that turned out great too — the bar seating had its own charm haha. First off, the tableware alone was satisfying. For bags, there's a hook under the table at the bar seats, so I could set mine down comfortably.

How to order at Schedule Osteria and what's on the menu
First, ordering 🫡 The dinner course and main menu. At Schedule Osteria, you order through a tablet set up at each table, then pay when you leave.

The appetizer menu

Pasta and risotto

Desserts and drinks (they also had a wide range of alcohol)

What we ordered at Schedule Osteria and what it cost
- Prime Sirloin Cap Risotto ₩34,000
- Gamberi Rosé Spaghettini ₩28,000
- Bolognese Arancini ₩18,000
- Coca-Cola Zero can ₩5,000

The perk of bar seats — you get to watch the chefs cook right in front of you 👀 Being able to watch them cook felt a bit like actually watching a real cooking-battle show haha!! Such a unique experience, so I'm very satisfied with the bar seat 💯
After ordering, the pre-meal bread came out 🥖 It was a baguette, and that butter was so, so good. Nutty and a little tangy — I wanted more haha.

You need a drink with Western food, so I ordered a glass of Coke Zero 🥤 Next time I'll pair it with wine haha.

Bolognese Arancini, 18,000 won
The first thing served was the Bolognese Arancini. I was torn between ordering a salad or the arancini, and picked the arancini since I'd never tried one before ✔️ They told me to eat it together with the wild arugula served alongside it.

What even is arancini?! Turns out it's basically a fried rice ball. But it really wasn't greasy at all — light, with a tangy sauce that made it delicious!! It's called aioli sauce, and this sauce was seriously incredible 🤭 A first course that already lived up to expectations haha.

Prime Sirloin Cap Risotto, 34,000 won
Next was the Prime Sirloin Cap Risotto I ordered. The first thing I noticed was the visual — the sirloin cap was piled on generously?!! Kudos to me for picking this one 🙌
There's wasabi foam on top of the sirloin cap risotto, and they told me not to mix it in but to eat it lightly together with the rice. (The chef explained how to eat each dish like this, which made it even more enjoyable haha.)
The sirloin cap really melts…🫠 Honestly I didn't expect much since it was just sirloin cap on top of risotto?? But one bite and it genuinely melted in my mouth!!
Seriously, it was the best beef I've had recently haha. If you visit, you absolutely have to order this!!

Free pickles: request them on the tablet
If you want pickles, request them through the tablet and they'll prepare them. No extra charge, so if you want pickles, add them to your order list right when you're ordering 🥒 (If you don't request them, they don't come as a default side dish.)

Gamberi Rosé Spaghettini, 28,000 won
Last was the Gamberi Rosé Spaghettini. There were so many kinds of pasta that I agonized over the choice, and finally picked the rosé. Mix in the cheese they add on top 🧀

It was a really thick, creamy rosé pasta loaded with shrimp, but leaned a bit more toward a tomato base 🍅 So as I ate, a tangy freshness kept coming through. Thanks to that, I could keep eating it endlessly without getting tired of it.

Is Schedule Osteria good for a Jonggak or Euljiro date or anniversary dinner?
And on top of everything, they'd even set out a perfume hand cream at the seat — what a nice touch 🫰 If you're looking for a date restaurant near Euljiro or Jonggak, or an anniversary restaurant in that area, give Schedule Osteria a try 💐
