The vongole pasta at Olivus Compagno Boram was excellent, with the flavor of fresh clams balanced by a clean, slightly spicy oil sauce. The noodles were cooked just right, so it stayed light and clean to the very end without feeling greasy!

Next was the squid ink risotto, which impressed me with the nutty, deep savoriness that squid ink has. The chewy, tender octopus went so well with the softness of the risotto that I kept going back for more.
