Live squid sashimi lunch at a Guwol-dong sashimi spot: Veteran Fish
Veteran General Fish Market Incheon City Hall Branch is a sashimi restaurant with folding-door patio seating in Guwol-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon. On a lunchtime visit the order was live squid sashimi, butter grilled shrimp and hot-stone fish roe rice, with a kimchi pancake fried at the free self-serve bar. The squid was springy, the butter shrimp came out big, and the self-serve bar was kept clean and well stocked.
